Great, little coffee maker
I used the Rethone stainless steel reusable coffee pod with this Bella. I love how I can use different size cups and they fit perfectly and the coffee taste so fresh and itâs so easy to use. I love how I can use my own coffee grounds for the brew of them. Keeps my coffee tastings fresh. The color of the coffee is great, I love it. I Would definitely gift so someone to keep in their personal office or single coffee drinker household.

Love the ground coffee – BIG filter!
You can put enough to have a REAL cup of coffee! Only downside is itâs one cup at a time water wise – old one could do 2 or 3 with the water tank but love this maker and color! Itâs perfect. color is a bit lighter than the pic but not by much!

Great Coffee Maker!
I love this thing. A single cup coffee maker is all that is needed in my household but I struggle with Keurig. I do not like using K cups and the accessory filter basket for using your own grounds is frustrating and poor in design. I tried a Hamilton Beach Scoop single cup maker and it did the basic job but the taste of the coffee had no depth, likely from the shallow, flat filter for the grounds that also did not hold enough for my preference of strong, bold coffee.I went on a search for a better single cup maker that had a convenient filter for using your own grounds and would also produce a satisfying, cup of coffee. There are limited consumer options in that market. I decided to take a chance on this one and I am so pleased with it!There are two filters, one for K cups and one for your own grounds. They are easily swapped out and easy to empty and clean. It takes up very little space on the counter and doesn’t look weird. I like that I can use a regular mug or travel one with the height adjustment on the tray and no splash out onto the counter so far when it’s brewing.Most importantly, I can put ample, fresh grounds of my choosing in the filter basket to get a delicious, bold and hot cup of coffee!!! I am a purist with coffee and want plain black coffee with depth of flavor and nothing added but I am picky about taste and strength. I am really enjoying this coffee maker and recommend it.

Serves it’s purpose, mostly.
PROS: It doesn’t take up much space. Very quick to brew even 14oz. Easily switch between gounds and pods. *Adjustable bottom tray makes for using mug vs tall carafe (definitely necessary because of splashout).CONS: Splatters if cup isn’t at the closest possible height. *Ability to adjust height but the mechanism is only the two plastic prongs that hold the tray up. With time and weight of cup, probably will break off eventually. Cord storage is just a velcro wrap that holds cord. No place to store reusable basket or pod basket not bring used.OVERALL: Probably could have found a better quality product for the price.

Love it
I tried 2 different keuirg pots. Both of them broke before 2 weeks. … so far, I haven’t had an issue with this one and it brews great. I like that I can see how much water is in there. The noise Level is low. Absolutely a great value for the price.

Coffee produced is weak and not very hot
The coffee produced by this machine is weak and lukewarm. There are better options available in this price range.
