Delicious, Sustainable, and Worth Trying
I recently decided to try out some new coffee pods and wanted to share my experience. As a strong advocate for environmental sustainability, I prefer coffee pods that are both biodegradable and organic. For a while, Iâve been using the San Francisco Bay Organic Rainforest Blend, and itâs been fantastic. However, this blend is their only organic option, so I was excited to discover Beaniac Organic Coffee Pods, which offer multiple organic flavors.I decided to start with one of their more popular flavors: Madagascar Vanilla. So far, Iâve been very impressed. The flavor is delicious, and the aroma is wonderfulâitâs a great way to start my mornings!While reading other reviews, I noticed some people mentioned issues with the pods breaking open and spilling grounds into their Keurig machines. Thankfully, I havenât experienced this problem. However, I have noticed that if I donât remove the pod immediately after brewing, it tends to get stuck. When I lift the handle later, the pod becomes wedged between the holder and the lid. Itâs a bit inconvenient but manageable.Overall, my experience has been positive, and Iâve just ordered their French Roast to give it a try. If youâre looking for a biodegradable, organic coffee pod with flavor variety, Beaniac is worth considering!

Surprisingly aromatic and rich
You have to be careful with these compostable k cups. Not that they’re not compostable (they are) but how they’re stored makes a big difference. I recently switched to these from my compostables at my regular grocery store because I only buy them on sale but they’ve not been so in weeks. So on a whim I bought these. I’m so glad I did. They come in a bag with “loose” k cups but the bag is the sturdy vented kind that ground or whole bean coffee comes in. It has the fold over structure with the flat “twist tie” kind of material which makes them store nicer than what I’ve used from other companies. I may still invest in a mason jar vacuum setup to really keep them fresh since I only use one a day, but if I don’t I’m fine with this Meanwhile the flavor is terrific. It’s rich, aromatic, has a little nuttiness that Colombian coffee is known for. It’s a good value $ but I’d have to buy it on sale here in order to beat the price at my grocery store. But no matter. I’ve found a really good option and that makes me happy

Beaniac Madacasgar Vanilla Not Very Vanilla
Beaniac Madacasgar Vanilla compostable pods are smooth, low acid and premium coffee! Great taste but it’s overly sweet and doesn’t really taste like a true vanilla flavor! Wonderful coffee however! I love how these coffee pods are compostable and are better for our planet so I will buy these again as it’s really hard to find compostable flavored pods this good!

Dark, rich, not bitter.
I have been looking for a dark roast, K cups coffee that has taste but not bitterness, for quite awhile. Found it in this Beaniac coffee. It is dark and rich and flavorful and not bitter. Each pod comes separately wrapped, and you can actually smell coffee when you open it. The pods are also recyclable.

Sustainable k-cup replacement for the ADHD girlies
I really like these coffee pods! I was gifted a keurig and loved how convenient my morning coffee became since I’m always running late. I was using the bulk Costco k-cups but felt horrible about the amount of plastic being used everyday. I debated trying metal k-cups that you fill or reusing the plastic cup with a new seal, but that negates the convenience of a keurig and I didn’t want to have to prep 7 reusable cups each week. I have adhd and know I would forget until I went to make my coffee in the morning and would then run more late lol.Finding compostable and affordable k-cups can be hard since most are super expensive. These are great! I’ve had no problems with them exploding like other have had and even put my keurig heat to high. I use these mostly during the week since I have a nespresso that I use on the weekends, but will still use these if I want hot coffee, and these make great tasting coffee! They’re probably not blow your mind good but are perfect for your daily coffee boost.The only down side is the 72 pack comes individually packaged in plastic, which is such a bummer. Because of this I buy the 30 pack, which is more expensive. I wish they would reconsider their packaging (hoping they read this – put the packs of 15 in better sealed packaging instead individually). The 30 pack comes in 2 packages of 15. I put one pack at a time in a vacuum sealed container and take one pod out each day to use. This works great for keeping the pods fresh! I put the used pods in a compostable bag in a small compost bin and take it out to my yard waste bin at the end of the week. This system works perfect for me!Overall, I really like these pods and no longer feel guilty about the amount of plastic I’m using everyday!! Definitely recommend!

Gone from a 5 star to a 3!! I have purchased this product for what seems years now and truly love the vanilla flavor that is just right…not so strong that you do not know it is coffee. The packaging is also fantastic, keeping it fresh. The last three or four shipments I have received have been different. Their seems to be a height difference in the ring that holds it in the k cup holder in the machine. This does not allow it to be punctured completely so the water does not penetrate the pod. I have had to keep a sharp object nearby to make sure all 4 holes are completely through. I hope this is changed back so I can keep using this great coffee, but it is getting old making sure each pod will deliver!

Love these
We have purchased these French roast coffee pods multiple times now and are repeat customers because itâs a great product. We love that they are biodegradable to keep our landfills cleaner and our bodies healthierâ as we do not like the idea of heating plastic through our keurig coffee system and then drinking it! This product helps keep our earth clean as well as, keep the plastic out of our bodies. The flavor is great and these pods fit perfectly in our Keurig machine. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a quality k cup coffee that is healthier for you and the environment!
