I have been looking for a cup that is plastic free and environment friendly for my baby. I’m glad I came across bamboo bamboo. I was a bit concerned that one of review mentioned about bad smell. Honestly, I think it’s smell less than another very popular bamboo product brand. After I throughly clean the cup, I don’t smell or taste anything.

I really like this item, the only thing that I think could be made better is to have a thicker straw, because this one is smaller than the hole, so it leaks. I ended up buying thicker straws so now it’s perfect.

I wanted a glass bottle for my 18 months old son. We used it for a little longer than one month. I washed and dried the bottle and a top almost every night and I put oil on a top part since it’s bamboo. First, the bottle started to develop this weird non pleasant smell when the it was closed which is the whole point why I got it— it can be closed so I started to keep it open more often. And now yesterday When I was washing it I’ve realized there are two black spots on the top — mold !! I am very angry and frustrated! It would be better if we kept using our plastic bottle ! Terrible quality !
