I usually used a fabric drying mat but they held water. These are much nicer. Color and pattern are fun too. Arrived well packed and delivered as promised.

Bought this to put under the coffee pot to catch spills. It is thin with a rubber backing that holds it in place and keeps it from buckling-lies flat. It is absorbent and water does not pool on the mat but disappears! I love the black with the gold swirls, it looks good on our white kitchen counter. I would have like the dimensions to be slightly larger, but this seemed to be the average size of this type of mat. The two pack was a plus and I took the other one to work for the same purpose.
