I received my order just two days after purchase. Although everything was carefully packed, a small chip came off the pot lid when I opened it. I emailed the provided address and got a response within an hour. They replaced the pot, and it arrived even quicker than expected. Itâs a cute, fun set for a ceremonial matcha experience, and the customer support was excellent.

Nice Tea Set
This ceremonial matcha set is perfect. It’s cute and stylish and comes with all the components to make a good matcha. Just add water and you’re all set. The scoop stand with the little duck is cute enough to leave out on the countertop. Would recommend!
