Works great!
The first one I ordered was broken, so that was disappointing but the replacement is perfect. I love that it uses loose leaf tea and makes a large amount at once. I heat the water in the pot in the microwave for 5 minutes and it’s the perfect temp to steep the leaves. I let them sit for about 30 minutes, remove the metal steeper and put the pot in the fridge for fresh arnold palmer. The steeper does take a little work to get all the leaves out when cleaning, but not bad. I have not used it on the stove, as advertised, and probably wouldn’t just because the glass is thin. Just my personal preference. Definitely worth the purchase for us!

Great Teapot
This teapot is large with a low profile. I make a lot of tea and then store it in the refrigerator.

Decent but flimsy metal lid and hinge
Glass feels solid and is easy to clean. Doesn’t feel fragile or that it might easily break if I slightly bump it.Only dislike is how flimsy the hinge and top metal piece are. When cleaning, which be careful because yuck can build up under the rubber (inconvenient but expected), the metal lid and hinge feel delicate and need to be washed with extra care to as not tweak the hinge and bend the soft metal askew. Tea appears to have stained the metal. Though, it may be able to come off with a bit of elbow grease, but the lid and hinge can’t really handle that kind of force…. or maybe I just don’t have the patience for that….The basket is well made and keeps all bigger tea pieces out; small/fine sediment do happen. It’s a bit awkward though trying to strain any extra water/flavor from the leaves because the basket is so long but that’s minor in my opinion.

Great quality, good glass pitcher and durable
I love the fact that I can make my tea directly on this pitcher; the handle does not get hot when you boil the water. I truly love this item. Itâs all I ever wanted. you lust have it plus it looks really good.

Tea for 3.5
Great tight mesh infuser. I don’t prepare tea on the stove ,instead boil the water in an electric kettle and transfer the to the pitcher. Working well.

Misleading Product Listing
I purchased this teapot because the listing clearly shows it being used directly on a gas stove, complete with boiling water and steamâexactly what I was looking for. However, upon receiving it, I was surprised to find a tag attached that explicitly advises against placing it on any direct heat source. It also recommends not using metal spoons and warns against putting it in the dishwasher. This discrepancy between the product listing and the actual usage instructions is quite misleading. If the teapot isn’t designed for stovetop use, the listing shouldn’t suggest that it is. While the teapot is aesthetically pleasing, its functionality doesn’t match what’s advertised.I hope the seller updates the product description to accurately reflect its limitations to prevent others from being disappointed.
