Wonderful gift item.
Beautiful set purchased for my daughter. My intention was for my teenage daughter to have this set to provide her with the opportunity to form a morning ritual that would help her set her mornings right when starting back up to online school after the new year. She’s been using it every morning and absolutely loves it. I would definitely recommend this set. It’s of good quality, it’s beautiful and it’s working to help her have a morning routine of calm and enjoyment. Well packaged and arrived in perfect shape.

Very happy with purchase
Beautiful and a pleasure to use. Using this set feels like a mindful meditation practice…such a contrast with a comparatively rushed cup of tea with a teabag . I love the The pottery. I love the feeling of self-care and ceremony. At first I thought it might take too much time to use regularly, but now I find myself setting aside time for a calm cup of Matcha tea – a good de-stressing experience. (does not come with tea).

Gorgeous (arrived broken), quick replacement
It is gorgeous and exactly what I want to drink my matcha from! The quality of the ceramic bowl is exceptional, has a great weight, feel, and design (Spring petal). Unfortunately, I could see even in its box that there was a chip out of the inside, and upon taking it out, a crack was visible along the outside. It was replacement quickly and the new one is flawless.UPDATE: seller was incredibly responsive, sent out a perfect replacement, very happy.

Lovely Set
The bowl is the perfect size and the design is even prettier than I expected. Easy to use and a lovely way to enjoy matcha in the morning.

Good quality but not made in Japan
I do like the quality of this set of âJapaneseâ matcha serving items. The seller implies a Japanese product, with kimono clad people, etc. even in the Amazon company information page.The box this set came in lists, âmade in China.â None of the items in the set have country of origin markings.This is not a Japanese made product…do not be fooled.

SO pretty, amazing quality!
This set is amazing… I’m so glad the bowl is a nice size because I love matcha. The bowl looks handmade, it’s comparable to the $50-$100 I’ve been eyeing. The packaging it came in was really cute as well, this would make an awesome gift to a matcha lover…

This was a birthday gift to a friend. I had made her a Matcha tea and she just loved the taste. Asked me how to make it, in what. She had read that matcha tea is good for the stomach, as the brain. Dr Weils does recommend it highly as we age. So she was thrilled when I gave her, her personal kit to make some. The kit is really really nice, quality/price exceptional and added a little tin of Matcha tea in the bowl. She was over the moon happy. A big 5***** recommendation.
