What Is Espresso?
Espresso is a full-flavored, concentrated form of coffee that is served in “shots.” It is made by forcing pressurized, hot water through very finely ground coffee beans. This process is called “pulling a shot.”

Very charming, nice quality, authentic feel
This set remind us of the espresso cups, saucers and spoons we have seen all over Italy. It makes us feel like we are back in a small Italian town drinking espresso at the counter with the locals. We also saw similar ones in Michelin Star restaurants. Simply put, these have an authentic feel – simple clean lines, bright white, nice handle. Stacks neatly and evenly. For the price I expected junky little spoons with rough edges, but the spoons are shiny and smooth and really bring this set up to the next level. I considered giving this a 4-star because the first set arrived very damaged, and the replacement set had a crack in one cup. This is surprising because the set comes attractively packaged in a box with excellent snug-fitting padding. Maybe the box itself needs to be bigger or sturdier or the fault may actually lie with Amazonâs shipping methods or the driversâ carelessness – I cannot say who is at fault. I will say the company provided excellent customer care. I didnât notice a crack on one of the cups in the second set until 3 days after the return window, but I contacted them for a replacement cup in case they would make an exception to the return policy. A couple days later a whole new set arrived at no cost to me with no request from the company to return the original set. Bottom line: I am giving a 5 star review because the set is nice quality, a good value for the money, authentically charming, and there was such good customer. Hopefully they can figure out what is happening in the shipping process.

Pros: Nice Quality; Bright White; Nice Style with wide rim easy sipping; Sits flat on it’s saucer; Packed very well. Shinny and great quality little spoons.Cons: This one is just me and it’s why I gave it only a 4 * rating. I would prefer the cups to be only about 1 oz larger. I do like the small size, but an extra oz. would give me 4 oz of drinking liquid without any overflowing during movement.

Correct size, nice material and color
Design is good, clean straight lines, nice finish, color like white porcelain, no labes. The handle could have been a bit larger, I am an average woman and it works for me but it could be a bit small for some men. Capacity is correct for expresso, not too small or too large. The spoons are the correct size, which is difficult to find. I recomend the product.
