Was a gift, they liked it so much they bought more
I bought this as part of a gift for my sister. She loved it enough to ask for the Amazon page so she could buy more. They are very pretty and sturdy enough to be useful, come in different sizes. As far as I could tell had a good seal to them, and were made of glass. Would buy again

The glass jar was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. This jar is available from several different sellers. But this one has a better lid, seals tight. Nice dark wood lid with the plastic seal. Lovely for sitting on the counter, I filled mine with coffee beans.

Sturdy
I use this for my sourdough starter. Fits a surprising amount of starter in it and air tight seal. Super strong glass you could drop it and it would be fine. Love the detail in the engraving. Good value.
