Very solid so far, few weeks in!
So far I’ve been very pleased with this machine! It gets used multiple times daily with no issues whatsoever. It’s a little different getting used to to the temp control thing, basically if it’s beeping at you and won’t make anything it needs pressure released from the steam wand.Comparing this to the delonghi stilosa, this machine is better quality and components in every way. I instantly noticed a difference and was much easier to use, not to mention much quieter.I’ll update the review if any pieces falter, but a few weeks in I am super happy with this device! Excellent value for the money.

Excellent machine for perfect espresso
This is an excellent espresso machine; I really should have bought it sooner! The quality of the materials, the settings, everything is wonderful. This machine produces a superior crema and has a foam frothing wand. I prefer grinding fresh beans over pods, this machine is for use with grounds. The stainless-steel housing is beautifully polished. Highly recommend, also comes with a plastic tamper and a cleaning brush.

could not get to work and wasted a ton of coffee trying
When making expresso most of the time it wouldn’t come out of both drips and come out one side only and often very little when making a shot. I tried changing my grind size different sizes, compacting and pressing the grinds down more, less, etc. after hours of trial and error I had to hang it up and return the device. Also one of the pieces of the machine snapped off first day of use when twisting the head where you put the grinds into the machine, cheaply made and did not work as advertised so unfortunately I have to advise one to spend a little more money on a name brand instead.

Great espresso machine for the price.
I’ve held off buying an at home espresso machine for years because they’re so expensive and take up so much counterspace for a specialty machine. But I’ve been watching the amount of money I spend at coffee shops climb over the past few years, and when I saw this compact model, I decided it was worth a try.This is a good, basic machine. It produces a reasonable amount of crema for a compact machine, and the flavor is nice. Note that I tend to drink americanos rather than espresso straight, so that could affect things. This is NOT a do-in-all machine; you will need to learn to grind and pack your own grounds, which I frankly prefer as I can adjust on the fly. The tool included is pretty good for a piece of plastic; I’ll probably upgrade to a heavier one at some point, just because I’m fancy like that, but it worked fine out of the box.Note that a regular coffee cup will not fit under this. You’ll either need shot glasses or a shorter, wider cup.I do wish there was a better way to clean the thing initially; I’ve run water through several times and am still getting a bit of a chemical taste to my coffee. I’m going to run it through a bunch more times before I start worrying though.
