New update: customer service was very responsive, replacement arrived quickly and works perfectly.**Edited: customer support was very quick to respond to my email and a new shaker is on its way to me.Received set last night, put batteries in this morning. One works fine, light comes on and motor starts. The other, the light comes on but the motor doesnât. Will contact support and see how responsive they are, and potentially update review based on their response.

I had ordered the USB rechargeable units for Christmas. I had an old set that was using 6 AAA battereries each and was going through batteries all the time. These have been great so far. Had a little issue with the gravity switch on one of them. It would not run all the time when turned upside down. Had to shake it to get it to run. Talked to customer service and they responded instantly and shipped a new one right away. Service was great!!! I am really happy with these!!!!

I have owned these S&P shakers for over a year. Just turn the grinder upside down and the salt or pepper dispenses. The light brightly lights up the food you are seasoning and the grinding coarseness settings offer a wide range. We love larger-chunked black pepper and this grinder delivers exactly what we prefer.
