Packaging and quality of craftsmanship
I highly recommend this strainer mug with cover lid. It came impressively package with custom foam around the cup in the packaging and the lid had custom foam. There was no way that this cup could crack break or slip in anyway it was perfection actually the design of the handle the quality of the ceramics, the quality of the strainer all of it was top-notch so I have no hesitation to leave a five star impressive review.

Strainer may not hold up
I received my blue and white tea cup today. I love it. It’s much bigger then a normal tea cup which is great, but the strainer was in two pieces that would not stay together. I bought this cup because of the strainer so this is disappointing.

Good mug bad filter and exceptional customer service
The mug and itâs lid are so beautiful, functional and of good quality. The problem is the stainless steel filter. After just a couple of months of intermittent use, it broke. I did not put it in dishwasher even though the description said it is dishwasher safe. But the top separated from the bottom as seen in the pictures. I am disappointed as I really liked the filter feature for seeping the tea.Update 8/2- Upgrading the rating to 5 stars due to exceptional customer service. They contacted me after my above review and took care of my concern right away with a replacement. I appreciate their level of service, prompt action and am happy to use the beautiful mug again 🙂
