Smooth and chocolatey, with slight bitter aftertaste
I used this for a cold brew set up and was not disappointed. When cold brewed, you can really taste the subtle notes. My only complaint, and why I gave it four stars is that while the main flavors are smooth and and dark chocolatey (is that a word?) it is slightly bitter and burnt taste on the end. Iâd understand if this was brewed, but as it was cold brewed, it should not be this bitter in my opinion.

Excellent coffee, but this batch expired
Iâve been drinking this coffee for many years and itâs excellent and delicious. Unfortunately, I was sent to expired bags of coffee on this order. Amazon personnel really should check the expiration dates before shipping it. It is December 11 and my coffee was dated October 21.
