I really like how this looks. It has a nice shape, and the wooden handle is attractive and smooth.It’s a bit smaller than I expected. The pictures are not super consistent in showing how large it is. You can only brew about half a cup of tea (or coffee) at a time in the brewing area, but you can offset this by just brewing it stronger and mixing it with more hot water. Or brewing multiple small batches.It’s not super convenient if making enough for multiple people, but for just one person it does work very well.The button at the top works well to release the liquid in the brewing area. If the tea or coffee is very finely ground, some will escape into the area below, but nothing large enough that I noticed it when drinking.The lid does a good job of keeping the heat from getting to my hands when pouring, which is nice!The glass feels nice and thick. I’m not worried I’m going to accidentally break it. I like that there is no plastic and I don’t need any filters, so I’m not creating any unnecessary waste.Overall, I’m very happy with it for my purposes. I am normally just making tea or coffee for myself. If that’s you, this could be a good option. It could be used for more, but it would just take more time and cleaning in between uses, which might not be as convenient.
