Note:
1.Kindly pls reading Instruction manual carefully and adjust the temperature that you need when using it for the first time.
Higher settings don’t necessarily always mean a stronger seal.
We recommend starting low and gradually increasing your settings from 2.5-4.5 temperature grade for the different thick bags, it’s better don’t exceed 5 Grade temperature.
2. When seal is done, the red light will go off. Keep the handle pressed down for 2-3.5 seconds to get seals optimal results. Otherwise, the sealing place will be not smooth.
3.Do not use wet cloth to clean the surface of heat sealing strip，after 30 minutes of continuous use, try to let the machine rest about 3 minutes.
4.Level 3.5-4.5 is enough for most applications.
5.Keep the sealer’s surface clean to avoid the oxidation of the residue which will reduce the life of the heat sealing strip.

This is a great sealer. Heats up and seals nicely.

Casing is plastic not metal
Sealer works great and is as described. However, it is cased with plastic, not metal and was not mentioned in product listing. This does not affect performance of product as of yet but does give the impression the product is cheap and will not endure long term. Also, no instructions for maintenance, care, or cleaning were included. Arrived quickly.

Quit working
I bought this in September but didn’t need it until today. I sealed 13 of my packages and it quit working. I changed the wire and it’s still not working.

Great product, terrible instructions
Product works great and the price is good. The instructions are TERRIBLE though! Obviously written by someone who does not speak English. I’m pretty sure one part of it says the exact opposite of what it should say. I figured out how to use it but I could use some troubleshooting advice. I haven’t yet searched the web for instructions but I plan to. I’d give the product a 5 if it had decent instructions.
