16 hour straight cold ð¥¶
I do travel a lot for work purposes and I am a Lupus patient and I use Benlysta. This medication needs to be refrigerated and this tumbler was definitely a Game Changer. It preserved the cold for 16hr straight and if I would of left it there I believe it could preserved it for longer. If you do need any medications that needs to be maintained refrigerated while traveling definitely a must have.

Very nice but thermometer was in celsius instead of fahrenheit.
Very nice looking, quality is very good. The picture showed fahrenheit, the one I got was celsius. I’ll keep it, just wish it had really been fahrenheit.

Works well and no TSA issues
This worked well to keep my medicine vial cold during my travel. For our outbound trip, I had figured roughly 8 hrs, but due to airline delays, it ended up being 11 hours before we got to the hotel room and I could unpack it. Contents were still very cold. For the return trip, I did not have access to a freezer, so I submerged the gel pack into a bucket of ice overnight and hoped it would last long enough. With flight delays again, the medicine was in the pack a total of 18 hrs before we got home (roughly 4-6 hrs more than intended). The medicine was only barely chilled, but luckily it was cool enough to still be okay. If I had been able to actually freeze the gel pack, it likely would have been good for at least 24 hours, if not more.

It is not vacuum sealed and thermometer doesn’t work
It comes with a thermometer that is supposed to read the internal temp – it never got below 20 degrees but it was also in Celsius so to be at fridge temp it would be 4 degrees. My pharmacist said it must be broken or it is not vacuumed sealed bc its picking up outside temps. But the pharmacist also said that the vial being next to the icepack is good. I had it with me on a 30 min drive to my pharmacist and it kept cold the whole time…the advertised 60 hours id seriously doubt. Bought this for a week trip out of state and not sure how it will do…I have zero faith in it though
