not very functional – UPDATE GREAT SELLER
UPDATE:After writing the review below, the seller contacted me offering a full refund without me asking and even after several months after I made the original purchase (but reviews just recently).This shows how much they actually care, so I upped my review from 1 to 3 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEWwrong size for normal use. If you hit the bar only, the coffee doesn’t dislodge from the handle/coffee holder, if you hit a bit offset to allow for the coffee to come off, the entire coffee/container falls into it. I have a friend that has a bigger one (different brand) and works much better. This is just a weird size, sits well on the counter but not very functional

Works exactly as expected!
Works great, just like the ones that cost 5 times as much! I’m super happy with it, works as intended and cleans up easily. Looks nice on my counter next to my big Breville espresso machine and doesn’t take up a lot of space in my little kitchen. I like it that it’s plain black, which makes it not so obvious sitting on the counter. I recommend this over any more expensive brands.

good quality hampered by poor design
good in so many ways, but the knock rod is centered in the cup, resulting in grinds being splattered over the back of the cup; easy clean and all, but the rod should be positioned in the first 1/3rd of the cup to retain spatter; first world problems
