One Star Off For No Instructions
I got my first ever (Empstorm) espresso machine from Amazon a few days ago. I am very enthusiastic about it but still in the blundering about stage and trying to learn from YouTube. There is so much to learn and it seemed that I need these tools.They are beautifully engineered and look like something out a precision laboratory somewhere. I sure they would be fabulous if I knew what to do with them, but sadly the company provide absolutely nothing in the way of guidance – no instructions – nothing. The tamping device is evidently a very smart calibrated device with a spring and graduations but I cannot make it do anything logical. I’m sure an expert would nail it straight away.The WDT needle brush thingy is easier to understand and I can appreciate it’s lovely precision machining and scary medical looking needles. They are extremely pretty and nice and springy. All the parts are made from heavy metal and give a feeling of quality and control.The Portafilter extension funnel fits my filter well. I measured it before ordering to choose between 51mm and 54 mm but my filter set is slightly tapered (51mm to 53mm) so it was confusing to try and determine which size to get. But I happy with the fit and it is very nicely made and the magnets keep it snug on the filter shell.So this is a very nice kit from REOSZEANK and if you know what you are doing I am certain that you would be delighted by the build quality which is exceptional but for blunderers like me it is a set of mysteries to decypher. Maybe I’ll figure it out eventually.

Must have for Espresso Station
This is the perfect kit for an espresso station. I love having a calibrated tamper and it fits my Breville Portafilter perfectly! I’ve been using a 53mm tamper and it doesn’t quite get to the edges of my Breville portafilter. This 54mm tamper fits perfect and tamps with the right pressure every time. Also, the rubber holder for the tamper can double to protect your countertop from the portafilter while tamping. The WDT tool is great for getting those espresso clumps out and I like that the holder is bottomless for easy cleanup. The dosing funnel is my favorite of all though! It’s magnetic and fits so perfectly. I’ve only had dosing funnels that use the prongs on the portafilter, meaning they can slip around and slide off if I’m not careful. This magnetic funnel is so easy. It just sets on top, no aligning the prongs and no worries about it slipping off or not facing the correct way. It is the best dosing funnel ever. I highly recommend this kit for anyone that has an espresso station.

Modern minimalist Tamper set, better press, less waste, good quality!
This is a matte black with stainless spring loaded tamper which can be calibrated by turning the handle . There are pressure marks on the side of the tamper.It is so good to have a tamper like this for a total newbie like myself , it will help me get a feel for the right pressure . The funnel helps me spill less grounds and the WDT tool helps me learn to get everything even and lump free . The very nice quality thick tamper mat is useful and protects my surface and the tamper looks fancy resting on it when not in use .I think that this pretty set has everything I will ever need to perfect my Home Barista skills at an acceptable price point .

Nice espresso toolkit for making a good cuppa!
Grabbed this to give these tools a try with our espresso/cappuccino machine. Love hoe everything works as described and truly does help me make a flavorful cup of espresso. Enjoy having that now instead of regular coffee. The tamper works better than the spoon that came with the machine – the spoon has a flat end for tamping and it is tamped based on your pressure you exert. Having the calibrated tamper gives you the best pack for a good cup. The needle tool is nice to have around so that when you have those little lumps in your coffee grounds, you can break them up. Making the coffee grounds smoother. Very nice set. AND love the little “funnel” piece! Make much fewer messes now! No waste.

Good basic set
So youâve splurged and bought an espresso machine. Once youâve ascertained the size of the portafilter is 51mm, youâll need gadgets. Well, this set is what you need to start upping your espresso skills. Toss that tamper that came w/ the machine! This one has a nice, solid plastic handle, a smooth tamping surface, and fits nicely into your new portafilter! The WDT is good for destroying those lumps of grounds! The dosing funnel helps keep grounds (mainly) where you want them! Best of all, this set doesnât have weird nonsensical, all-caps names emblazoned all over each piece.Now go make some espresso drinks that are as good as the local coffeehouse!

Decent Starter Kit if you need all these tools
I must have an odd sized espresso machine, because finding accessories that work with it is a real pain in the butt. I was looking for a tamper and this one came with a WDT so I thought, why not? The collar clips onto my generic amazon porta filter just fine. I donât know whatâs up with the calibration scale on the side of the thing, but I like that it sits on the lip while I give it the final squish. I donât know how this could be set to a specific force to get repeatable results. The needle stirrer is nothing special or different from any other one. If you buy all of these accessories separately it will cost you more, but if you need all of these tools this set is for you. However if you only need one or two, buy them separately.
