*Update*I received a message from the seller offering a resolution to the problem. They were very easy to work with so I have changed the number of stars to 4.I love these glasses but I noticed that the lids are turning black and I’m worried that it is some kind of mold or something. I’m willing to accept plastic lids in exchange for these wood ones but like the headline says, I can’t figure out how to contact them.

I have seen these glasses like these everywhere online and in person and thought they would be a cute addition to my drink bar. After it took two weeks to receive them I was very disappointed. The jars themselves are very cute and look great. However, the lids were TERRIBLE. Even though every jar is the same size the lids were not! They fell off the jar because 2 of the lids sent were too small. Not only were they too small but they weren’t even sanded smooth and had slivers sticking out of them!

Nice cups but be careful because one of my tops was smaller and it didn’t have a tight grip, so It’s basically just sitting on top. I already put the prints on so I couldn’t return back.

These are great. Glass thickness is perfect. Love the wooden lid. Totally enjoyed my kaluah in it. Perfect for iced coffee etc. Probably about the size of a medium take out cup.
