I use these for all sorts of dry ingredients in my pantry from powders and loose tea to dehydrated veggies. They are exactly as advertised. Try not to leave them in your sink though or in a wet area as the wood can become discolored or warped, but that is to be expected with all wooden utensils. I have purchased these twice.
