We needed another one to keep on our RV so when this popped up on Vine, I thought to give it a try. It has 4 modes and works just as good as our other ones. The body and interior appears to be of quality construction although the top is brittle. This is actually a replacement–the first one I received had a broken top. As you can see from the photo, it is held on with a thin flap. Don’t drop the lid–I don’t think it will survived. I am docking it one star because if this.It did not include a soft cleaning brush like our other ones. However, as with our other ones, it does includes a spare element. I also did not like that it does not have a handle although I find it very stylish overall. That is a personal preference so I am not going to dock it stars for that. Your mileage will vary.Capacity is reasonable. Makes enough froth for two drinks. Other than the top, it’s a good unit. If you like the way it looks I would consider giving it a try.

Box says Milk Forher – that was the first red flag.Skip this one unless you like just like a late, cause foam isn’t happening. I tried all the milks: cow milks, oat milks and almond milks (please note all the s’s) – I I tried all the settings. I tried all the tips, tricks, and Reddited until I just came to conclusion I need to invest in something nicer.Cons – doesn’t froth any kind of milk.Pros – looks nice – the navy is a nice color and the form is clean and minimal. Milk was a nice temp. It is easy, the instructions are clear.My final thought, if it was a milk warmer, then it would be 4 stars.

I am not exactly a fan of frothed milk; however, my wife does like cappuccino and lattes, so I requested this milk frother/heater. I was impressed with the quality of the device. It seems to be well built and it is very quiet (video). First, I tried heated, whole (i.e., greater than 3% fat) and I was careful not to fill it beyond “Maximum Level for Frothing” (115 mL or 0.46 cups, refer to photo). After frothing, the foam filled the “jug” but did not overflow, although I did keep the top on just in case. My wife opted for the thick foam, and it is quite thick (photos). Because she prefers 2% milk, I also tried heated, thick foam. While 2% milk does not provide the same volume of foam, nor is the foam quite as thick, it is definitely adequate (photos). My only complaint lies with the instructions and labeling. The English is a little fractured but is still understandable (e.g., the box says “FROTHER” on two sides and “FORHER” on the remaining two sides. Granted, I did buy the frother “for her” (my wife) but I suspect this was not the intent. Slightly fractured English aside, much of the font is very small and difficult to read, and I question the instruction “Using [sic] warm soap water and a non-abrasive cloth to clean the walls. Then dry with a soft cloth.” I removed the whisk and wiped the whisk and inside of the “jug” with a damp sponge with a small amount of dish soap. Then I carefully rinsed the whisk and the inside (only) of the “jug” three times with clean tap water before drying with a soft cloth. I opted to do the triple rinse to ensure there was no dish soap residue.PROS• A well-built, quiet milk frother/heater that is easy to operate with clear indicator lights.• The device offers four options: warm + thick foam, warm + soft foam, cold foam, and warm milk (no foam).• The frother is very quiet.• If the milk is carefully measured, I did not encounter any problem with the foam overflowing, even with whole (3%) milk.CONS• Most of the instructions are in a fine, small font that is difficult to read.• Contrary to the instructions, I would recommend CAREFULLY rinsing the inside of the “jug” and the whisk to remove any soap residue.
