Does the job.
Keeps my coffee hot! And very handy to be able to microwave and put in the dishwasher.IT IS BIG! Won’t work with cup holders just FYI.

Inside of cup
The inside of the cup is very rough not smooth like most cups. Everything sticks to it making it hard to clean. Donât know if it was a mold issue or quality control missed inspecting it.

Good volume, but a poor lid.
With 34 ounces it holds plenty of whatever you choose to drink from it. And It works find with hot or cold drinks, keeping the temperature for tea for 30-45 minutes even with the lid off. a cup filled with ice takes almost an hour to melt. The foam defiantly works, and even if the contents were recently boiling the mug is not to hot to touch, warm of course but not to hot.The only problems I encountered was the lid. It pops off wich can be a bad thing if you have a nearly full mug because it will probably splash, and some times when i would drink from it a few drops would leak out from under the lid. The hole in the lid does not have a cover so if you use it in a car or are moving a round quickly some may find its way out of the top, but most likely it will not spill because of the high rim of the lid.Lastly the handle is a bit flimsy. It hasn’t broken yet but i hear it cracking fairly often, and it feels very light in comparison to the rest of the mug.

Functional Mug
I bought this for my father in law. He uses it constantly. It has held up well and keeps drinks cold.

Great cup
Finally I have a large sized cup that I can microwave my tea and keep it hot for a good deal of time. I do t have to keep getting up and making the normal size tea cup amount of tea.So far a good product.

Just what I needed
I lost my old insulated cup so I needed a new one. I love ice and iced water and this is perfect. It keeps my ice nice and cold for a long long time. It holds a lot too and I made a great choice. You won’t be sorry. It has a good lid on it too.
