This is the second time I’ve ordered this cup. The first one was great until the entire bottom broke out while I was hand washing it after a few months of daily use. Weird.I ordered a new one to replace it. It arrived today and has a scratch on it.

My straw broke within a week of having item, randomly. I picked my tumbler up by the handle to clean it and the straw moved the right way and shattered. Good thing I brought backups, and too bad they’re all too short for this 32oz. Would return this item, but Amazon haven’t been at its best with pushing deliveries lately, so I’ll keep it and suck it up!

Great cup but the plastic lid came cracked and the bamboo lid is too small for the cup, it easily slides out/doesn’t fit the cup
