The first thing that impressed me was the functionality. The rice dispenser ensures that I can easily access the perfect amount of rice every time making meal preparation a breeze. Love This Rice Dispenser!
The rice bags have gotten smaller and smaller and this holds the 15 – 20 lb. bags perfectly. It sits nicely on the counter. I wish the measurements were in cups so I just took a sharpie pen, and measured out the rice using the cup that came with my rice cooker and poured it into the cup that came with this dispenser. I then leveled it and marked it with the sharpie. So now, I can easily measure out 3 or 4 cups of rice, which is what I usually make. The dispenser works great and it’s nice to not have to open up the bag of rice each time.

Not as tightly sealed as other containers
I like it. I bought two, one for basmati and one for brown rice. It was a little hard to wash it out since itâs so big but holds a big bag of rice nicely. Really like the ease of push button and the measuring cup. You can put dessicant in the top to help keep the humidity down. I just reuse ones I get in my vitamins. Itâs not a tight seal on top but I donât think that really matters for rice. If you are looking for something to put oats or cereal in you might want to try something else with a better seal.

Best rice container ever!
OK, let me roll that back a little. It’s the best rice storage container I ever bought, but it’s also the first one I’ve ever bought other than maybe a generic plastic container. But in any case, I’m happy I bought this thing. I can just press the button to get the amount of rice I want, and that’s it. No scooping from the bag (or in some cases lifting up the bag to carefully pour into the rice maker).The only thing is that it didn’t hold my entire 25lb bag of rice. And it wasn’t even a full bag (it was mostly full, but not full-full). But maybe it’s the kind of rice that makes a difference. My bag of rice was calrose rice (Hinode brand… pretty much the one everyone buys in Hawaii) so maybe it takes up more space than say, jasmine rice or basmati rice. I don’t know. In any case, I was able to get most of the rice in and was left with maybe 4-5 cups (which I had to cook anyway, so…).But yeah… it’s the best rice container I’ve ever bought.

Good for price.
I bought this specifically to store 25lb bags of rice I buy in bulk. I assumed that wouldn’t be an issue or that there would be very little that didn’t fit, but I had something closer to 3lbs of rice left over. I don’t know if other similar products do better in this regard, and obviously grain volume and weight are not consistent across varieties. The construction was very mid, about what you would expect for the price point. I will say I loved the measuring cup that came with it, and it operates flawlessly dispensing rice. The two things that stop this from being a 5-star review are the volume issue and the material quality.

Rice dispenser can fit a 10kg bag of rice which I love. Push the button and rice comes out. Wish I bought it earlier.
