I like the design of glass storage jar with the graphics on it. But it is not as thick as I thought it might be. As I was having problems opening the jar the bamboo top popped off and I was unable to keep it secure in my had. The bamboo top broke on the edge when it fell on the floor. I can still use the jar, but you can see where some of the bamboo is missing. If you have, I would be very cautious letting them use the jar. Any bump on a granite counter top will most likely break the jar.

Very slippery when first unpackaged and the cap can come off easily!!
I didnât enjoy how slippery it was at first when I opened it but I think it was because of the dust but it also has that strong, unpleasant, dusty, smell to it when I opened it. The lid is easy to remove but TOO easy. Make sure youâre holding the container while taking the cap off (if itâs not too slippery or even fits in your hands) because it may shatter on your floor. Otherwise, itâs really cute, but I definitely shouldâve purchased a bigger one.

Wooden Top No Plastic
All my containers for storage are plastic for both pieces or glass for big container and plastic tops. I am worried about how much plastic my family are getting in their guts. I put unused crepe batter in one jar. I have not used 3 other containers. It is small so don’t count on using 5 lbs of sugar or flour.
