My new favorite morning coffee holder
An opinion from an average joe who was not compensated for the review.It’s my go to for morning coffee after using it for about three weeks. at the price point it’s hard to beat. got the blue one and love the color as well. holds heat pretty well, it’s never hot to the touch, i use it for cold and hot, and it’s super easy to clean. It had that metal taste after the first use and cleaning, but haven’t noticed it since.two things I don’t like that resulted in one star taken off:the lid doesn’t have a closure. my old one had a similar lid, but there was a sliding tab to close the opening. a travel mug this isn’t.it’s wide. now, this is good and bad, so take this one with a grain of salt. in my car cup holder the cup fits almost exactly, so after a drive it sometimes gets stuck in it. if it’s full, along with it not having a closure on the opeing, I have to be careful forcing it out of the cupholder so it doesn’t splatter. the “stuck” part of this comment is very minor, a child can take it out so it’s not an extreme “stuck,” but enough that it mattered.overall i’m happy with it and would buy again.

good mug but amazon service better!
I order a lot of stuff on amazon, just like anyone else. But with that comes downsides. Like lost packages. I ordered this mug because i had a coffee mug that couldn’t hold any heat. After 1 hour of putting steaming hot coffee in it, would turn lukewarm by the time i got to work. I had a mug similar to this about a year ago but the lid broke. I had to get another one like it. Because it retains heat for hours. At least 3-4 hours which is what i was looking for.I gave it 5 stars not only because this is a great mug that will keep your liquid hot for 3-4 hours, but also the size is perfect.However i just want to include that usually when packages get lost, like my mug did, amazon is quick to remedy the issue. I know there are a lot of dishonest people but there are also a lot of honest people. When my package said delivered, i looked everywhere for it. I have packages at my doorstep nearly everyday. But when this package said delivered, with a note that said, “left inside the residence mailbox”, i’m thinking wait, i don’t have a mailbox, i have a MAIL SLOT. Through the front door. And we all know this mug would NOT fit in a mail slot.So of course some lucky person, maybe on my block, or maybe in the next street got a free cool mug to use. And amazon was courteous enough to send me another one no questions asked.Good mug but great customer service!
