Purchased to replace old plastic spice grinded, this is a great heavy duty grinder that has a stainless steel bowl that is easy to clean.Caution that you really should unplug before opening, you really don’t want to make the mistake of opening before it stops running, trust me!

Solid Product – Several major design flaws
I bought this because I was tired of the little grinders burning out, which nearly all do if you run them a wee bit too long. The one I have been using for a couple years just started to smoke this morning on pumpkin seeds.This grinder is very solidly built. And, it takes my seeds and turns them into a powder in seconds. That’s all good and it’s really what I was looking for. I believe it will work well for me . . . but I won’t let anyone in my family touch it because of #1 below.Here’s the two problems – and why the manufacturer doesn’t immediately fix these things baffles me.1) There is no safety feature that stops the unit from turning on if the lid is off. You can just turn it on and if someone is not paying attention or perhaps a little one gets near it, there could be a serious injury.2) The cup doesn’t come off so you can easily empty it — if it does I haven’t figured it out. So, I need to turn the entire unit upside down to empty it.

Love my new Grinder! It’s perfect
I love how fast it’s grinds. I made my homemade Garam Masala with whole cinnamon sticks, whole cardamoms, whole cloves, whole black pepper, black cumin seeds. It grinds very fast and fine. Thank you for such an amazing product which is worth its price !!

Piece of Crap
Title: Terribly Disappointed: Greatrue Electric Grain Mill Fails MiserablyI purchased the Greatrue Electric Grain Mill Grinder with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a catastrophic disappointment. Just when I thought my kitchen woes were solved, this product decided to throw in the towel exactly one day after the one-month return window closed. Coincidence? I think not.The troubles began when, halfway through grinding, the machine abruptly stopped working. No warning signs, no gradual decline in performance, just a sudden halt. I assumed it might have overheated, so I gave it ample time to cool down. Yet, even after the supposed cooldown period, it stubbornly refused to restart. It’s as if it decided it had ground its last grain and called it quits.The build quality of this product is undoubtedly questionable. Not only did it fail to endure basic usage, but it also crumbled under the pressure of what should have been a routine task. The lack of durability is glaringly evident, making it clear that this grinder is nothing more than a flimsy piece of machinery masquerading as a reliable kitchen tool.Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this disastrous excuse for a grain mill. It’s not worth the money, the hassle, or the disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Well, maybe I would… Buyer beware: this product is a total waste of time and resources.

Milling the wheat berries is the only way to go
Excellent quality piece of machinery easy to operate and clean. Very powerful and great to use on your ground flour. By regrinding it the end product is noticeably improved.And a great price

Makes rice flour beautifully.
Bought this to make and blend my own gf flour due to wheat allergies.It’s amazing. It turns rice to powder in a minute. Don’t over fill and it will do amazing. I also make Oat flour and it does a lovely job but takes more fiddling. Read the instructions and you’ll be fine.Yes it makes noise, less than I expected though.It had a scent like machine oil to it but after washing it didn’t affect my food. Very easy to use. Just pour in what you want to grind and in a minute or two you have flour.
