The cup looks good and Keeps cold drinks cold, so if it had a lid that would fit tight and stay on I would rate it a five, but with thr lid fitting so loose that if you knock it over the top is going to fall off and spill everything, that makes this mug almost useless for me.

These cups are great! I buy them for our coffee shop and have our logo engraved on to them. The quality is great. Some of the straws come broke but I always buy extra for this. They should find a better way to package them. I have bought these cups probably 4 different times so far. Will continue to buy them.

Good price compared to some of those crazy expensive ones and fits car cup holders better. Keeps drinks cold. However, lid started leaking after a few months. Luckily, we have a few other insulated mugs in the house and those lids also fit this mug so I did not have to buy a whole new one.
