It’s just like my old Starbucks one which broke into many pieces. I’m so happy some friends informed me that I could purchase a replacement from Momugs :)I was very impress with the packaging that insured the mugs would get to me safely.

Mr. Steamy-Creamy
My favorite mug EVER. I’ve named him Mr. Steamy-Creamy. His sweet face cheers me up in the mornings. I mean, seriously…how can you have a bad day when he’s looking at you like that? You can’t. You just can’t. He demands a good morning, and you must submit to his wishes.The size of this mug is awesome. I mean, 18 oz is HUGE. Yet, Mr. Steamy-Creamy is a short and stocky fellow rather than being tall. So he’s still going to fit into and under most of your standard coffee brewing devices just fine. He’s pretty easy going like that. He doesn’t want to complicate your life. Just fill him with coffee, he says. No fuss.The handle is equally awesome. The shape and size is perfect for a full and comfortable grip. No “pinky out” complex here. Mr. Steamy-Creamy likes everyone to be invited to the party. Come along, pinky. Get in here and mingle.With the shape of the mug, you get a fabulous cupping sensation, both externally and internally. Externally, you have a matte finish with delicate design that allows for a unique and soft (seriously SOFT…you almost want to pet it kind of soft) feel over the whole cup. The shape allows you to give the cup a good hand cuddle rather than just holding it…which is perfect for cold days. And guess what – as thick as the walls of this mug are, you don’t have to worry about burning your hands. They’ll just stay wonderfully warm while they’re wrapped around Mr. Steamy-Creamy.Internally, the wider base and narrower top allows the maximum amount of steam to remain trapped for longer in the mug and you get a wonderful wave of it with every sip. The shape helps to keep your drink warm for longer…but if you’re a slow drinker, not to worry – Mr. Steamy-Creamy is not so large at the base that he can’t fit just fine on a standard desktop mug warmer.Currently I am working on collecting the remaining mugs in this set so Mr. Steamy-Creamy isn’t lonely (I only have the pink bunny left to go!) and I love them all. I definitely recommend adopting one of these guys (or more!) and enjoying some hot beverages with a mug that loves you 😀

Nice size and color but arrive with one cup handle broken
One of the cup came broken. The packing needs to be better or labeled fragile. Both cups are fragile yet packaged where the handles were hitting against each other without a cushion between. And there was no warming about fragile, so I think it was too easily broken. The material doesnât seem to be able the withstand much or not very durable in my opinion.

Great value for nice big venti mugs. Easy to take care of and really sharp looking on our coffee bar!!! Weâve used them for months and love them. Comfortable handle.

weird rattling sound like loose chips inside the wall of the mug
They are great mugs but the rattling sound bugs me. Like loose chips in one of the mugs. Too much to return just one but might want to see if others had the same experience.

Perfect mug for me!
This is my favorite mug of all time. I drink tea and coffee daily (I definitely drink too much tea), so this is saying a lot. I’ve had it a few weeks now and I absolutely adore it.Look: Someone else complained about the picture not going all the way around to the handle, but this is clearly shown in the pictures. It’s not a problem for me. I love the pictures. I purchased this one (Summer) for myself as well as the Spring version as a gift. I inspected it before giving it as a gift and it looks very nice.Feel: I love how this feels in my hand. It has a nice weight to it, not too heavy that it strains my hand, but not too light that it feels awkward. I love love love that little knob on top of the handle. It’s so natural to place my thumb there and it really makes holding a full mug waaaay easier, especially since it holds a fair amount of liquid. I feel like I have complete control.Size: This is my favorite size of mug, personally. I like to drink a lot of liquid at a time because I’m so addicted to tea and coffee.A couple other things to note: it is microwave safe, I always heat up water in this mug in the microwave because I’m lazy and can’t be bothered to put the kettle on. Also, it does come with a lid so you can take it on the go. I can’t comment much about its practicality, as I don’t take it on the go much and have barely used the lid. If I do use it more, I’ll update this review.tl:dr: love the images, love the size/shape/feel, LOVE the handle.I didn’t get any compensation/discount/anything for this review. I just do a LOT of online shopping based on reviews and decided it was time to give back with some products I’ve bought on here.
