The quality of the board is decent the titanium looks nice upon opening.The titanium does get scratched up, so it doesn’t look nice for long. I see a few slits on it already after limited use. Also, it is a bit slippery with some things. For instance, cutting chicken drum sticks and trying to peel away the skin were a challenge.What I like most about the board is how easy it is to clean. It does seem to be more hygienic. While it does get scratches on it, it is not deep like you get with plastic or wood. I like that the board has rounded corners, and is double sided with one side for serving.I do like the board as a replacement for plastic cutting boards, which I tossed away after getting this. However, I am not ready to get rid of my wooden cutting boards especially for anything slippery.Overall, I rate this 3.5 stars.

Hygenic, safer, healthier option that doesn’t incorporate toxic or bad elements into the food u’re prepping.2. Dual usage: read the description bamboo side is not a cutting board its for serving items, only use the metal part to cut out meat and veggies. Wood particles can also go into your food if you use it for chopping.3. To me its a good size as i have little space this was perfect not too big nor too small.4. Easy to clean with hot water some dish sop and vinegar i like to clean it then add vinegar on it soak it in for a bit then rinse it again.Cons:Noticed some scratches on the titanium part.No compartments but i dont mind it actually i love a big serving board so i can design it my way.Feels weird when knife hit the board other than that i love using it and knowing im keeping my family safe off plastic. The wood is even and quite smooth with rounded corners and the surface for chopping is easy to use and clean. The charcuterie side is nice, however although still useable, the unit I received didn’t include the 6 separate compartments. This is contrary to the product page as well as the packaging and was disappointing to me.

This is a very nice board. It is heavy, so it doesn’t slide around while you are using it. It is very easy to clean. There is pretty much no maintenance, which is a big relief after having used wooden cutting boards for many years.

This is a 2 in 1 double sided titanium cutting board that is made out of stainless steel. The other side is made out of bamboo and is used as a serving tray with compartments.It measures 15” X 11” X 0.8”. It is BPA free and easy to clean. It looks very nice but once you start using it, the cutting board will have marks and cuts left by the knives. Also, since this is made of stainless titanium steel, it is actually damaging my knives as they cut and chop on the board. In the long run, this would not be beneficial to my knives which cost a lot more than the cutting board.Therefore, we will be using this dual cutting board serving tray mainly as a serving tray instead, which defeats the purpose of why we got this product in the first place.

I love the combo of a charcuterie board and a cutting board that ISN’T plastic. I wouldn’t use the cutting board side for raw meat but it is great for slicing up cured meats and cheese to go on the charcuterie side. I wish the stainless side would have gone all the way to the edge but the wood lines the stainless side leaving a groove between them that is hard to clean. I will enjoy it but I need to be extra careful when cleaning it. I love the compartments for different nibbles on the charcuterie side!
