Level 3-6 is enough for most applications; thicker the bag, higher the level required
The red light is not predictable when plug into the power. It is only predictable when keep the handle pressed down on bottom.
1）Specification:

Sealing length: 7.75 inches (200mm) and 11.75 inch (300mm), 15.75inch(400mm).
2）No warmup time needed, put the bag on the machine flat
1.Higher settings don’t necessarily always mean a stronger seal.We recommend starting low and gradually increasing your settings from 2.5-4.5 temperature grade for the different thick bags.
2.When the signal light is off automatically, keeping the handle pressed down for 2-3.5 seconds would get optimal results. Otherwise the sealing place will be not smooth.
3.Keep the sealer’s surface clean to avoid the oxidation of the residue which will reduce the life of the heat sealing strip.
4When using this machine in the summer, we recommend that the temperature be lowered by one level than in winter and keep an eye on the temperature of the bottom cover.
5.It’s better for sealing the PP,PE bags, but can’t cut the bags.
How to replace the heat seal strips
1. Unplug the power cord,using the tools to loosen the screws on the sealing machine
2. Remove the old heat sealing strip and heating element
3. Install a new heat sealing element
4. Then tighten the screws

Works for thick Mylar bags
I bought this to seal very thick Mylar bags for long-term food storage. Easily seals 15mil Mylar bags the first time. It should also easily work for even thicker bags; I only had to set it to 4.5 to work for mine. It also has a smart timer feature – close it, light comes on for about 2 seconds, light goes off, bag is sealed. Definitely recommend.

Adjustable and replacement element
This was a great addition to my set up. The heat element is replaceable. The 16 inch gives extra space for the bigger then foot project. Can use different grades of materials due to the adjustment of heat for sealing.

LOVING THIS SEALER!!
I bought this Heat Sealer to make bubble pouches and it works great. It’s simple to use and I can make just about any size (for me, In the 11″x 11″ range) that I want. I love not having to buy multiple sizes and having it take up so much space. It’s been very helpful and it’s been saving me a bundle. I’m paying .14 cents for a 9×11 bubble pouch by making them and I don’t have to buy a ridiculous amount of bubble wrap to keep my cost down.

Junk right out of the box!
From the moment I took this out of the box it rattled like an old tractor! Good Deal overkill?
This thing is 16 iches and longer as that is only the sealing strips length. I haven’t measured it but I estimate it too be about 20″ iches overall in length.I use its longer length too half 1 and 2 gallon bags as I am single, so I don’t like too do family size bagging/preserving.I think its lower dial heat setting and the auto shutoff timer is rather limiting as it does not seem too heat up too the thicke too thinner bags just right… but it seals!. so I guess I am just making false statements… Thus I do all seals twice… But that’s just me I am sure.

I bought mine last May 2023. It’s now January 2024 and mine not working anymore, it just started making a buzzing sound then that was it ð¤·ð½ââï¸ Otherwise, during its lifespan. It was really great to use
