They Don’t Leak If You Close Them Correctly
These cups are great; hold heat in for over an hour and do not leak if you close them correctly. If you close and seal the top immediately after pouring in boiling liquid, heat from the hot liquid will transfer to the small amount of air left in the cup. The heated air expands, pressurizing the inside of the cup. That will cause the cup to leak at the gasket or hot liquid to bubble out the drinking spout (straw.) Once I learned that, I always left the drinking port open while tightening the cup lid and for a couple minutes thereafter. That solved the leaking and bubbling issues completely.These cups do well in the dishwasher if you don’t mind losing the paint on the outside of the cup. My only complaint is the vendor should make replacement straws available. The furnished straws are very durable, but they can be lost and none of the plastic tubing I’ve seen at building products stores will fit. The cook (accidentally) conducted a straw endurance test in our garbage disposal and that exceeded what the straw could endure! The cup is still quite functional without the straw, but I would like to restore the drinking spout function.

Great insulated mugs. Ordering more.
Been using these for the past 3 months and so far I’m 100% pleased with them. Bought them solely for hot coffee so I can’t comment on their cold retention but they keep my coffee hot enough to drink for a couple of hours at least and I’m one of those who needs my coffee HOT, not warm. I imagine it would keep it warm for a couple more hours after that.BTW, the first thing I did was throw out the straws as I had no intention to use them and only use the flip up part covering the sipping hole. Keeps a seal as well and no leaks so far. In fact, when there’s warm liquid inside and you shut the lid, it forms a vacuum so tight it actually makes it a little difficult to unscrew the lid without first popping up the part covering the sipping hole and releasing the vacuum.I’m so pleased in fact that I’m actually ordering 2 more as I’m writing this review in case one of my first pair gets lost or damaged. Speaking of damage, the only thing I’m even slightly concerned about happening is possibly breaking the flip up part I mentioned earlier as it forms a pretty tight seal. As long as you pop it up fairly straight without using excessive lateral force, I don’t think there’s much chance it would break. But popping it up from the side using a lot of lateral force would possibly damage it over time.One last thing on the size. The 14 oz size of these mugs is perfect for me to use with my Keurig set on a 12 oz brew, leaving plenty of room for creamer. Most similar insulated mugs on the market are only 12 oz capacity and leave little to no room for creamer. This was the best solution I’ve found so far in a 14 oz size. There are a few other 14 oz ones out there but they are usually shorter/squatty and always have a handle, making them not fit cup holders very well. This one has fit every holder I’ve tried.

We got these coffee cups because we wanted a cup we can take on the go that didn’t leak and had the straw option. We love these. The only complaint is we wish they were bigger and you can fill them up all the way or they will leak a tiny bit. Other than that they don’t leak at all and are amazing for our cold and hot coffee.

Doesn’t leak
These cups are great! Fit well with my Keurig. They DO NOT leak which is awesome!. Keep coffee at a drinkable (not scalding) temperature for at least 4 hours. Haven’t tested them beyond that. Fit perfectly in car cupholder. Cap is easy to open and close. Love the fact that it comes with reusable straws for cold drinks too, although not sure where you would store the straw for transport if you wanted to close the cup.

Great Product
I had written the below review about this product and the company reached out to me. Apparently that was a faulty batch. They asked what was wrong and sent out a new set to me. I’m happy to say that the product meets my expectations. Firstly, shoutout to them for being proactive, it is quite rare. We are all trying our best to do what is right. Let us support companies that look out for the consumer. As you can see in my update video all the issues have been addressed.”It’s generally a good cup. It keeps the heat or stays cool for a while. However, if you turn it upside down it would leak. The flap that holds the straw area on the lid is quite loose, it does not hold on well enough. It’s an average cup. I am still looking to find one that would not leak”

Good product, but there is some small details
I have been using these 2 for a month I purchased them for me and my wife so we could drink coffee on the go and keep it warm. My first impression was really good, I filled it by half with coffee and left it there for 45mins and it was steaming hot I almost burned-out my tongue. So after that I decided to test the product. First off I filled it to the top with hot water and left it there it was steaming hot for almost 3hrs, hot for 5hrs, and warm for 7 hrs after that it was room temperature. The next day I filled it with ice they were small pieces not big and I filled all the way ti the top and left it over night, I went to sleep at 10pm and woke up at 6am and to my surprise the ice was almost all there there was a small amount of water on the bottom not much it kept the ice really well it will keep your beverages cold for as long as there is ice inside and will keep it really good. My problem and the reason why I gave them 3 stars is because it started to have problems with the cap there is a rubber inside and when you wash it it moves a s the cap will not fit and the liquid will leak. I did not like that and there the cap you have to work around to make it fit if not it will leak. I hope this helps.

These Mugs are great!
They keep liquids hot for hours. You can start drinking after about 2.5 hours, after that it is tolerable to drink, but still heated. If I have to replace, I will be getting these again. I gave one to my friend, I kept the other because it’s Washington’s team colors :).
