Not airtight
Not suitable for teas or coffee, itâs is not airtight. In addition material was bend somewhat in some of the tins.

Theyâre perfect size
Good quality tins. Great size for teas I order online at 5 oz loose leaf. Attractive. I wish they came with labels though. Order them separately. I donât understand the negative reviews. I find them to be fantastic.

Airtight is subjective I suppose
These are nice tins but I don’t know about being airtight. When I put the lids on the tins I can hear and feel the air escaping from the seam on the tin when held to my ear. I planned on keeping things inside of a bag inside the tin anyway so it isn’t wholly a deal breaker and the definition of airtight is:”airÂ·âtight Ëer-ËtÄ«t1 : impermeable to air or nearly so”They are nearly airtight so I guess it counts?

Too Small To Be Useful
I need somewhere to put my loose leaf teas. The bags they come in are just clutter on the counter top. Great tea, unsightly mess. These are just too small. I would be constantly refilling and if I am going to have to get the bag out of the cabinet, I might just as well just keep the tea there and not bother with the inconvenience of these tins. They are going back. Still looking.

These make great dog training shaker cans!
I use these for training dogs. If you haven’t heard of the shaker can method of training, Google it or look at YouTube videos. It’s a miracle training technique if your dog(s) bark or jump up. These can are perfect.

Works well for small amounts of tea
I have a couple dozen of these. They’re good for small amounts of tea. I wish there was a bigger size. But for what it is, it is good.
