Best bag clips I’ve ever used
These are top-notch and by far my favorite bag clips. The strength closes the bags much tighter so your chips, nuts and other food lasts longer. I also use them on all my cereal bags because just rolling/scrunching a cereal bag in a box lets a lot of air get into it, which causes it to get stale sooner. I recommend the 4″ clips because most bags are at least 4″ wide, and the wider the clip is, the more of the bag is clamped very tight. This particular page comes with four of the 4″ clips and the rest are 3″, but the same company also sells an 8-pack that has 100% of the 4″ clips. Other companies also sell packs that are 100% 4″ clips.That said, the 3″ clips still do a great job (better than a very large plastic clip), so I’m still very happy with the order. I just placed an order for more, and got all 4″ ones. The ones I received didn’t have any burrs on them at all. In addition, the edges at the bottom that clamp on the bag aren’t really sharp, so even if I were to clamp it on my finger, I don’t think there would be a significant cut, in my opinion. Lastly, I somewhat doubt whether a toddler would be able to open these clips because it takes some amount of hand strength to open the clip up, and I don’t think that toddlers I’ve known would be able to open them.Overall, I think these clips are the best clips I’ve ever seen by far. I’ve owned high quality plastic ones that have more strength than the cheap ones, but these metal ones are still about twice as strong as the best plastic ones.

A great alternative to plastic chip clips!
Iâm really happy with these metal clips! They are very sturdy without being too heavy and cumbersome. I can easily open them with one hand. They look really nice too which is important to me since theyâll be visible in my open pantry. The two sizes are perfect for bag sizes from different dry goods and snacks all the way up to family sized chip bags. And getting ten of them at around $1.40 each is a bargain for the quality.

SLEEK & WELL MADE CLIPS! This set has 3 and 4inch sizes. Shipped quickly!
Clips arrived quickly and far exceeded my expectations! They are very sleek and made well. Trust me, not all clips are created equal. I’ve bought other clips that instantly fall apart with the first use. I’ve not had these long BUT I’ve put them to the test and they’ve done better than any other clip I’ve purchased. I am glad I went with this set because it has 3inch and 4inch clips. Although the 3 inch clips can easily handle any bag, it’s nice to have variety. The price can’t be beat!

Great but maybe not if you have little ones or fumbly hands!
These are just right for most purposes even in freezer, easy to keep clean, but a word of caution! They have somewhat sharp unfinished edges so it takes just a little bit of awareness. I would take caution with these around if you have young children or others with fumbly hands.

Unlike the plastic clips from Walmart, these are Made of Stainless Steel: need I say more?
These are SO much better than the cheap plastic type! I was SO sick and tired of spending two or three dollars for a pack of two or three cheap, plastic pieces-of-junk from Walmart that did NOT even have metal springs, and which (literally) fell apart each time I used them, then had to put them back together. But, after doing that two or three times, the plastic cracked and they could not be used any longer. These Stainless Steel Clips won’t rust, won’t break, AND have metal springs. They are robust, heavy duty and quite moderately priced. I bought some about a year ago just as a test purchase, and NONE of them have broken, bent or become unusable for ANY reason. That being the case, I ordered another ten-pack before the price went up. I now have enough to last for another thirty years, and then leave them to my grandchildren in my will. 😉

Great quality!
I’m kind of a “chip clip” addict. I keeps LOTS of them around! Take a few chips/crackers/whatever and kind of “wad the top of the bag down a bit and set it back on shelf” doesn’t cut it around here! 🙂 I usually get the plastic ones…all different sizes, and they’re available everywhere. They also tend to fall apart, crack & break on a regular basis…plastic just doesn’t hold up well over time. These are awesome! Two good sizes, well made of stainless steel, and definitely priced right. Especially if you’re going to use them in the freezer, for those partial bags of veggies or tater tots or whatever, these bad boys hold up really well! Two thumbs up!

Sturdy and useful
These do just what you want them to do. They keep a firm grip on the bag and keep it closed. Bag contents have been staying fresh longer with a clip in place.The clips have proved quite sturdy – no flimsy parts.There are two potential drawbacks that haven’t affected me, but they might affect some people.First, the springs might be a little too stiff if you have hand problems that stop you from squeezing tight.Second, the corners are sharp. They’re not blade-sharp, but I have used them to slice open packaging. You might not want to let small children get their hands on them.

Watch out, they’re kind of sharp!
Overall, these are the best chip clips I’ve gotten. This is my second order of this set (my kids seem to be “eating” the clips with the chips :). They hold tightly and don’t slip off the bags. I’ve used them on a stack of papers and also to secure a table cover. We have not broken any (just keep misplacing them, though).The one feature that could be improved on this is that the edges and corners could be made more dull and rounded. My kids are older, so I expect them to be more careful around these objects, but who really things of chip clips as being dangerous? So just watch out for the sharp edges.
