I love this cookie jar. Biscotti is to be kept in glass so that is why I ordered this gallon cookie jar. It is well made and the lid truly is air tight. It will keep my biscotti from going stale. It is worth spending the money on and looks nice sitting on my counter. I highly recommend this glass jar!

Iâd been looking for a small terrarium with prices so high, I decided on this being perfect for a beginner terrarium. Iâm happy with the fit not needing to invest much. Its weight is a bit heavy if a little one were to handle otherwise itâs very durable. True to its word it seals wonderfully. So in saying all that Iâm assuming cookies would do great in there. Just be careful with lid removal it can be a bit hard . Great value great sealed jar .

They are extremely, extremely heavy and they have an excellent seal.
I liked that they are really air tight. I have already started my Christmas baking… fragile crescent cookies in one jar, and, chocolate chips in another jar. But, I don’t lift them, I slide them around the counter. It’s possible that Ziploc Bags could have served the same purpose, but not as nice as seeing them in the jars.When I start packing up tins for friends, I see where I’m at in the jars and start baking more….In closing: 1) they give you a visible count of how big your supply is, and, 2)They really keep your cookies fresh (as long as you don’t pack them in there while they’re still warm.) But, they are terribly heavy.
