Why is my coffee machine leaking?

We recommend that you do not add water above the maximum water level. After placing the coffee capsule, press it down hard to make sure the needle pierces the capsule, otherwise it will leak.

Why does more water drip when using other coffee capsules?

Some capsules may release more water when you open the lid. To reduce dripping, wait a bit longer before opening the lid, allowing more coffee to flow out. Also, avoid removing the drip tray immediately to prevent spills.
