A message from founder and owner Evan Hafer

I started Black Rifle Coffee Company to provide a high-quality, fresh roast coffee to the pro-2A and Veteran communities. Between deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, I worked to refine both my coffee roasting skills and my firearms skills. I have spent over a decade researching coffee, refining my roast profiles and (of course) drinking what I roast. Black Rifle Coffee is quite literally the combination of my two favorite passions. I take pride in the coffee we roast, the Veterans we employ, and the causes we support.

How we got our start Darron Burke fell in love with a beautiful Colombian girl named Eliana. She took him to her country and introduced him to her family, where Darron was renamed Don Pablo by Eliana’s grandmother as it was much easier to pronounce. Darron and Eliana got married and started Don Pablo Coffee together. What makes our product unique We attribute our success to an unwavering commitment to quality. WHY DO WE ONLY ROAST ON LORINGS?

Loring roasters also benefit from a closed-loop system, meaning the process is almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. Instead of constantly reheating the ambient air in the roaster, Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach ideal roasting temperatures. This translates to more Fresh Roasted Coffee for you and less burned coffee that goes to waste.

It’s no mystery that coffee starts to lose its freshness right after roasting. To combat this and extend the life of your coffee, we immediately package, nitrogen flush, and seal each bag.
