[Update: I left this review, and the seller contacted me and gave me a full refund. I would have to say, great customer service!]I bought this five months ago, and I only used it a handful of times. I tried to follow the directions, yet it still broke. I was in the process of grinding when it shut off, and I noticed smoke coming out of it. I wasn’t running it too long, only for a few seconds when that happened.It was a nice-looking grinder. I would say it was decent at grinding, but not perfect, and it’s loud and hard to clean.
