Perfect meringue style frothing!
Love this frother! After extensive research on debating to buy one of the expensive electronic ones I ended up trying this manual frother based on the reviews. I didnât expect much based on the cost but I do trust Ninja products and wow – I love this frother!1.) The glass is pretty thick – not sure how people are breaking it so easily (from negative reviews).2.) I hand cleaned mine (verses using Dishwasher) as hand cleaning is recommended by the company – took about 3 min extra to do. Easy!3.) Directions super easy to understand, well marked on glass, and worked to a T! As for the negative reviews of milk coming out top, I turned the lid exactly to the spot specified on the directions sheet and it worked perfectly staying solidly locked in and no milk spilled over.4.) For Heating the milk, I just heated my milk up in a seperate mug and then poured into the ninja frother…worked perfect! Both cold milk and hot milk frothed great.Overall Iâd say this is a great product! I do suggest being a little gentle with everything (no slamming, banging down on the pump) and taking your time to effectively follow the directions. Doing so is super easy and takes a few min to have perfectly foamed or thick meringue style milk (what I wanted- cappuccino style)! I only wanted meringue style cream and after 15 pumps with regular organic 2% milk it was perfect. FYI the milk looks thicker than the picture really conveys and was about an inch thick.Also I already bought two more for gifts because I love this product so much!

Don’t mess with anything else…this is what you want.
Short of a pro level espresso machine with a powerful steaming wand…this is the next best thing! Perfect for the 1 or 2 people (and probably more) wanting to make a great latte or cappuccino at home. I have used higher end Saeco fully automatics with milk frother and wand options and a Jura ENA that also has a milk system. They are OK…but not worth the cleaning headaches and time and frankly, don’t do a great job. This little glorified french press is the bomb. In fact, I used to use a small french press for the same task. But this is purpose-built perfection. So much cheaper than the heated stirrers like Nespresso Aeroccino (pick your version, they all get bad reviews) or the Breville. Just pour a few ounces of milk in, pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds while your espresso machine of choice is serving you the shots. Pump it fast or slow, 4 to 15 times, depending on how aerated or frothy you want your milk, pour it in and enjoy. After your first sip, rinse with some tap water…pump it up and down a few times and you’re good to rest it to dry for the next day. Put a drop of dish detergent in and repeat the process, followed with pure water if you really wanna clean it good. Then kick back and enjoy the rest of your drink. People who have broken this carafe must be clumsy or they got a different product than what is now shipping (July 2020). This thing is more durable than any french press I’ve owned. It is small so I suppose you might topple it easier…but c’mon, it is glass. Use some care and don’t be an idiot and you’ll be fine. The folks who designed the plunger really did their homework as it lets you fine tune your milk just how you like it…all just by altering the speed, intensity and repetitions of your plunges. Buy this and don’t look back. It’s inexpensive and it works better than any other sub-$150 solution.

Update:the screw-on cylinder keeps loosening so you have check before you begin to make new froth.to make sure its tight. I didn’t know this and started pushing harder and then it broke. ð¢. Ordering a new one, gonna see if checking the tightness regularly helps.Original review:have purchased a few different frother wands, frothing machines, and steam wands (connected to espresso machines). This little ninja is ny FAR the best bang for your buck. Makes cold foam just as good as Starbucks. And now I can officially make my own cold foam cold brews ð. I haven’t figured out how to do with non dairy milk yet, nor have I flavored the cold foam (ie. Pumpkin powder, lavender powder, matcha powder) but I will certainly try, but even if o can’t get my coconut milk or almond milk to foam, I’m still happy with this $20 cold foamer. SCORE!

Wonderful for making thick, creamy foam
I only use this with cold dairy milk. I suppose you could warm the milk first but I love the contrast between my hot coffee and cold foam on top. You wonât get the same result with almond or oat milk but soy milk makes okay foam but not thick and creamy.

This makes the finest frothed milk I’ve been able to make without an actual machine. Much finer and smoother that I manage to get with these little battery-powered whips. It can also produce a much denser foam if need be.Very easy to use, a tiny bit of a pain to clean, but nothing terrible.

I got my first one about 8-10 years ago with my coffee maker. It worked fantastic. Unfortunately I knocked it off the counter. I replaced it with this one. I couldnât justify spend 100$+ dollars on one like my Nespresso. Itâs great for work and makes for perfect frothy milk
