Crafting Timeless Moments Through Tea
At Teabloom, we believe that tea does more than simply fuel our bodies or quench our souls – it presents us with a unique opportunity to create unforgettable memories and special moments by bringing people together.
With a commitment to sustainability, our mission is to elevate the tea drinking experience for tea lovers and connoisseurs alike by offering premium teaware and expertly crafted teas that spread joy and build community throughout the world.
When all is said and done, we are tea drinkers and lovers just like you creating quality tea products that produce a superior and remarkable tea drinking experience.
The Teabloom Difference
Throughout history, tea has traditionally been served using teaware made from the likes of ceramic, metal and clay, which we later learned presented an assortment of health and quality concerns. Today, Teabloom prides itself on crafting most of our products with premium borosilicate glass – a lead-free and cadmium-free material that does not retain stains, odors, or potential pathogens. The result is a healthier, purer and more enjoyable tea experience that enhances the complexity and flavor profile of each leaf, while maximizing health benefits.
Beyond our superior teaware, Teabloom also offers an assortment of organic whole-leaf teas that are carefully and sustainably packaged in plant-based pyramid sachets, as well as a beautiful variety of loose-leaf tea tins and flowering tea canisters.
A Commitment To Quality
To us, tea is more than a beverage; it is an art form. We value the craftsmanship and artistry that comes with creating a truly memorable cup of tea. From kettle to teacup, Teabloom is committed to creating only the finest products for tea lovers.
At Teabloom, we believe the steeping process can also be rewarding—our ingredients represent less than 1% of all the teas available worldwide. We are dedicated to producing extraordinary teas and exceptional tea wares for a tea experience without compare.
Our approach to sustainability aims to give you the option to choose the best tasting cup of tea with minimal impact on our one and only planet. From organic teas and botanicals to plant-based pyramid tea sachets, we allow you to make the best choice for both you and the environment.
UNIVERSAL LOOSE TEA GLASS INFUSER. Large enough to prepare a full pot of tea, it easily fits most standard teapots, teacups, mugs, and travel mugs.
HEATPROOF GLASS – HEALTHIER THAN METALS. Crafted of lead-safe, BPA-free, cadmium-free borosilicate glass – one of the most durable and sought-after materials containing zero chemicals. Will never absorb flavors or odors, optimizing the flavors of your favorite teas. Microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher safe.
EXTRA-FINE SLITS CAPTURE THE SMALLEST TEA LEAVES. With its laser-cut slits, this infuser precision-brews every variety of tea from large to very small leaves, while the large capacity allows leaves to expand completely for full, delicious flavor. May also be used with tea bags.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL LID DOUBLES AS A DRIP TRAY. Glass lid helps keep your tea hot during brewing. When you’re finished, simply set the infuser on the lid to catch drips.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Teabloom is the supplier of choice for five-star hotels worldwide, and manufacturer of the world’s largest selection of glass teapots. Founded on years of experience in the tea business, we are dedicated to customer service and stand behind our products with a full one-year warranty.
Customers say
Customers find the tea infuser works well for loose leaf tea. It fits various cups and teapots, making it universal. They appreciate its easy cleaning, dishwasher-safe material, and simple use. However, some have experienced leakage through the slits, which can lead to messy tea. There are mixed opinions on its fragility.

Love this tea maker!
It makes it so easy to make a cup of tea. Fits right into a mug or top of teapot. Much more practical than the little metal ball I was using. Plus, can go in the dishwasher.

A worthwhile solution
I had purchased a fine glass tea cup that came with a glass infuser. I enjoyed the elegance of using such a cup to create a bit more ceremony to tea time. Unfortunately I dropped the infuser and it shattered into shards. No fixing it. So I cruised through Amazon and found this one. It comes well packaged to protect it during shipping. So much so I saved it’s box to store it in. Very well made infuser. It fits my cup just right and the lid holds it securely without making a puddle on the table. Let the tea drain out completely first. Worth the cost for the quality of design and function. While you’re at it get the tea measuring spoon by the same company. Make tea time the oasis in your day.

Works as expected although a little hard to clean
I recently began intermittent fasting and find that a nice cup of loose-leaf herbal tea is a good way to help me get to lunchtime. A popular meta-review site recommended a tea infuser/strainer for use with a standard mug and it works well, except that it has plastic supports and no matter how free it is of BPA and other stuff, I don’t think it’s a good idea to be drinking a beverage which was made with boiling water poured over plastic and left to sit for 10 minutes. My next stop was a completely metal infuser/strainer and I found one that was decent, however, I find that I’m really sensitive to metallic tastes and even though I believe it’s made of stainless steel, I can still taste something “off” about the tea I make with it.Years ago, my spouse and I had a glass teakettle with a glass infuser. I remembered that the glass between two of the slits had broken so it didn’t really steep tea. But we keep it because it looks pretty.Anyway, I found a couple of “test-tube”-style glass infusers and the complaints were about them being hard to clean (which makes sense for something 3/4″ in diameter and at the bottom of a tube), so I passed on those. When I found this glass infuser with a lid (which is really important because I want a place to set my dripping infuser once the tea has finished steeping), I knew I had to give it a shot.It was packaged very securely and did not have any damage.I washed it by hand (although I can see throwing it in the dishwasher if I keep it away from other heavy stuff like coffee mugs) and the lid was a little hard to get clean to because of the lip, but really there shouldn’t be much debris that collects on it.I made my first cup of tea with it and it was good, as expected, and no weird metallic taste (again, as expected). The only thing I am knocking one star off for is that I can see a few tiny tea leaves (or parts thereof) stuck in the slits. A soapy dishwashing sponge was insufficient to dislodge them, so I will likely need to use some sort of baby-bottle brush or something. I realize that if the manufacturer made the slits large enough so that they didn’t trap the leaves, then the leaves would enter the beverage. And if they made them smaller, then the tea wouldn’t steep properly. So I appreciate the dilemma they faced. I just think including a small brush would have helped with that. (Also, when filling the infuser with water, it drains into the mug very slowly, so I needed to give it more time while pouring. Not a big problem, just required me to pour more slowly than I had gotten used to with the metal infusers.)

Perfect Glass Loose Leaf Infuser
After quite a bit of research I found this particular infuser to replace a broken infuser. This TeaBloom infuser is more âuniversalâ in terms of fitting on different types of cups, and even teapots, with its wider top lip and graduated design. (Even so, Iâd measure the container(s) youâd like to use it with, to get an idea of whether it will work for you.)Turns out that this infuser is quite an improvement over the original infuser I had, and fits perfectly on my unbroken borosilicate teacupâthanks to the wide lip design. The glass is thicker, sturdier and safe, and also made of high quality borosilicate glassâa distinction you will not find on all glass tea infusers sold on Amazon.I also appreciate the, thick, multifunctional lid that doubles as a drip tray. This infuser is an upgrade and fairly priced.

Tea leaks into mug
Love the concept of glass however, the tea leaks into the mug.
Amazon Customer –
Goes great with Ember self-warming mug.
You donât NEED an expensive electric mug to enjoy this product, but it helps. Fits a standard mug perfectly and gives loose-leaf tea plenty of room to bloom. Only annoying part is itâll adhere to its own lid, if you use its lid as a coaster for the main infuser after steeping; the hot water kind of suckers it to itself with a bit of glass-on-glass vacuum/negative pressure. Itâs fine once itâs dried all the way, though.Edit: Broke on the second stern whack. I smacked it against a ceramic surface while shaking it out, and it survived, but winging its rim with the edge of a mug I was setting down proved too much for it. Back to buy one again; Iâll be more careful this time, but Iâm using it twice a day. Thatâs simply a lot of handling for a fragile item⦠so, this is the correct price point :p
Mary E. Graybeal –
Wonderful!
This is the best overall method Iâve found to brew tea using loose leaf tea. My one fear is how easily it could be broken, but thatâs the price to pay for not using plastic (which, when food it contains is heated, apparently introduces particles of plastic into the food that are then ingested) or metal (which to me affects the taste of the tea). Tea leaves can escape the little vents and get into the tea, but in my experience very few do (and so what if they do?). It fits down in a teapot or a mug, either of which can be microwaved (something you canât do with a metal tea holder), or water can be heated and poured directly onto the tea leaves. Unlike metal or plastic tea holders, the water can easily get to all the tea leaves, maximizing the flavor and strength of the resulting tea. I very much like this, and it produces a nice cup or pot of tea. To tea lovers, I highly recommend this product.

Fragile Tea Infuser
Fragile and broke the first week when washing it.For a couple of dollars more I replaced it with one that came with a mug.

SERGI –
Lisa –
This is the second time Iâve purchased this (this time as a gift). Bought this for loose leaf tea, as an alternative to the stainless steel mesh ones that tend to get stained regardless of the name. Itâs great. Only one leaf managed to get through the tiny slits. Works well even in the glass mug (see photos of lemongrass and ginger tea). Lovely to watch the tea as it brews and the lid keeps the heat in as well as being useful as a saucer. Only one caveat: if you lift the infuser and decide to put it back in the mug, it will displace the liquid and itâll flow over the top.
