I have used these jars numerous times. They are a perfect size for mixing, storing, and fermenting liquids. The lid has a permanent seal and a wide mouth. I love that I can wash them in the dishwasher!

Great sturdy glass. I use it to hold my grain. I mill my own flour and it looks nice on my shelf and does the job great. I tried having it hold liquids at first and it leaks a bit too much for me if you tilt it at all. If it’s just sitting on your counter it probably won’t be a problem for you. but I was taking it in and out of my fridge with liquid in it and it leaked. Which is why I switched it over to holding non liquids like my grain.
