I have the BREWMASTER TEA INFUSER, and I also have the TEA MUG.Both are great. Have used them but a few times but all is well. Both are well packaged and gift worthy.Capacity of the brewer is 16 ounces. The mug is 16 ounces.I also use TIESTA tea, because.. why not. Excellent brand.WHY I chose this:I’ve been drinking more tea for the wide array of health benefits. I also drink coffee for same reason. SO my approach is to gain different health benefits from incorporating these beverages into my daily life. I really like iced tea (unsweetened, non-creamed) to sip on after my morning coffee. So I prepare tea alongside my coffee. Then the tea is good to go. No excuse not to drink it because I dont feel like fussing later.For loose tea, I wanted something that was quicker and easier than my usual method. I usually just used bagged stuff to keep it simple, but I was keen on some particular kinds of tea that are touted as super healthy that I usually just found as loose tea. Again wanting to keep it simple, I set out to find a gadget that would help me quickly infuse some loose leaf tea. I saw this as I was shopping Tiesta teas. I figured why not? So I bought it, some teas of interest, and I decided to buy the GLASS mug too. It works perfectly with the brewer, though not necessary if not wanting to spend the extra $. But i am glad I bought the mug, it helps to know that it goes perfect with the brewer and it helps me with the routine.That all being said. Everything works well, and is so easy to use. Clever design. I recommend.

Filter very hard to get out initially
I had to use a little force to budge the filter for the first time wash. It’s a little easier now, and i dont want it to be loose either. It has so far succesfully performed as it should

Love it but felt super dumb when I realized just how much it actually comes apart to clean. As someone who is pretty on point about my cleaning it basically broke my brain but I love it I learned something new and it’s a perfect tea steeper

Waited to use it a bit to review.Love this!Amazing design. I only purchase BPA-free plastics now, ref: my wrists. Wonderful product! 2 glasses from each fill.You don’t need bags for the tea leaves, though I certainly tried about eight different ways to do it other than just putting the leaves in the water. Though I imagined the leaves would stick around the rubber stopper, they are easily rinsed away before washing out with soap.Though I thought it might leak, though at first man I watched it for leaks like a hawk, nope – not a drop leaked! I recall I thought mine leaked the first time I used it, but it was because I did not understand the very simple engineering of the bottom pouring system. You *must* sit the bottom tray on a flat surface. You *must* make sure the decanter sits firmly inside the boundaries of the bottom tray. And when you go to put it in a cup, you *must* be mindful of the engineering, and only the slightest pressure upward on the bottom will cause tea to pour out in a mess. **It will work best over a smooth round mug top that is no-more-than 3.25″ wide. Yes, it can work over a wider mug top than 3.25″ but to do so you have to be really mindful that you could make a mess, and really align one side of the decanter with the mug carefully. It works great!I only wish this company also sold a BPA-free **plastic** mug that goes with it. I would love one! I am so over very heavy glass mugs. When I see a plastic logo mug, I will pick one up.

Nice idea, but poor quality
I purchased the Tiesta Tea – Brewmaster Tea Infuser and have used it for all of 3 days. It worked wonderful the first day. I removed the filter (which was not easy) to clean it.. since it has done nothing but leak tea (as a cold/refrigerated overnight brew). Putting a bowl underneath is an easy fix, but itâs not something that should be necessary. In my opinion, itâs not really worth the cost

This mug fits perfectly under the infuser sold separately. When i ordered the tea pot like infuser i thought the mug came with it as its shown in all the advertising as s set. But the mug didnât come with it so i had to order separately. Pretty expensive for a small glass mug but itâs needed unless you have your own small mug to make the infuser work. They are a team should be sold as one.
