Cocktail Shaker Set
I ordered this cocktail shaker set because my wife and I love to make margaritas when we entertain. We got a lot of use out of it over the holidays. It comes with everything you need to make you favorite drinks. I found the most useful parts to be the mixer itself, the long spoon and measuring cup. It also comes with a nice stand to display the set on a bar. This is a really nice set and I highly recommend it if you like to mix your own drinks.

Good but expensive
This kit looks the part and works well at least for us — we’re definitely not pros but will mix the occasional cocktail. It looks almost good enough to be gifted but unfortunately it doesn’t look as expensive as it is at the moment — so maybe compare options to see if you can find a better deal.In general it does what it says on the tin — if you’re looking for a somewhat solid cocktail mixing set that you can actually use at least occasionally without it immediately falling apart (or leaking) this may be an option. Pity it doesn’t come at a more reasonable price, though.

Great for the average home bar tender
This cocktail shaker set is very nice and I love that it has a nice looking stand to hold everything. I am not a bar tender or cocktail expert, but I did not find the set to be lacking any tool and I was able to do everything I needed to as an amateur drinker. I like that the shot measuring cone has markings on the inside to let you do fractional pours. I also really like the drink recipe guide that the set comes with. I usually throw those kinds of things away, but this one is on nice paper, and it has ingredients, directions, and a picture of the drink.

Great bar set, includes all you need for cocktails
After a full holiday weekend of guests and drinks, I have to say that this set was a winner. We used the muddler, strainer, jiggler, and shaker quite a bit and they all performed well. Our drink of choice was the sazerac, and there was a good recipe for that in the included cocktail book – which I didn’t even know was in there when I ordered it. The wine opener was also solid and worked well. Overall, I would say that this is made with quality and care, and will last us a long time. Happy with this item!

Great gift
This is a quality item with great functionality. It would make a great gift for a novice mixologist or an experienced server of spirits. Each item works as intended, mixes well, and it’s easy to use. At the moment, it is definitely worth the purchase price. How it will hold up over time might be the test, but it seems like it will last a long time and would be a well-received gift.

Beautiful and Functional Set!
I this is a good looking shaker set. I really like the black wooden holder. My two favorite tools are the double jigger and the Boston two tin shaker. The jigger beats using shot glasses for measuring and it has measurement lines for 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1.5, and 2 oz. The two tin shaker fits together great and doesn’t leak. Before now I had only used a cobbler shaker and the difference is huge. The muddler adds extra flavor of what ever you muddle. The spoon is nicely weighed and stands on its own which is awesome. I really appreciate the functionality of this package. However, the Hawthorne strainer has some large holes and the spring isn’t as tight as other strainers I’ve used. If you’re only straining ice or large pieces of fruit, this won’t be much of an issue. Overall, I think this is a great value for the money and would make an awesome gift. I’m glad I got it.
