Wow, talk about a game changer for morning coffee! The machine is easy to use (I didnt read the instructions) and the coffee comes out smooth, thick and delicious! I made a mess with the steamer at first, but now I know the trick (tilt the cup).Pro tip, run for two cycles on the double espresso setting for a fuller cup of coffee with the same great taste (see pic on the left vs pic on the right).FYI, the black clip on the handle where the coffee grinds goes into is to hold the metal cup down while you knock the old coffee grounds out into the trash.Two cons, 1. There is not an alert when the water tank is low. 2. The machine has to warm-up to brew and to steam. Other than that, I highly recommend it now that Iâve been brewing for a few weeks! ð¯âï¸ð

Stopped working after 2 months
This item stopped providing even a full 1-cup of espresso and shakes like itâs having an early quake now well after the half espresso shot is done brewing. Itâs wasting my coffee and expressive pods because itâs inconsistent. I cannot make one cup of coffee after another, or it will not follow its instruction to make two doubles in a row. I have a lot of issues with this machine, and I regret purchasing it. I tried to give it a chance, but way too long of one because now itâs past 30 days, and I cannot return it.

I’m a newbie at making my own cappuccino, so the instructions could have been more detailed. As an example; the first time you use the maker and each time you preheat the machine, you must run the hot water through – meaning make a cup of hot water (no coffee grounds). The instructions say once the water stops then the machine is ready, but it doesn’t tell you to turn the knob to the cup icon. The directions are not perfect but I was able to figure it out. The touch button to choose 1 or 2 cups had a “sweet spot” I pushed it repeatedly until I found the spot and with a light touch. The knob you turn on the side of the machine you need to turn completely until you hear a click.Everything worked fine once I figured it out. This also uses kcup style pods too which was a nice surprise .
