Superb!
I’ve been using this coffee for many, many years and it’s just superb! I love that it’s fair trade and organic, plus there are no inconsistencies in the product, and the flavor and aroma are always outstanding!I used to go through the time consuming process of grinding my own beans and brewing it with a French press but hated the cleanup – dismantling the screen from the plunger, scrubbing everything, wiping the oils out of the grinder, etc. – so I tried this, and the flavor is just amazing, and coffee is now completely effortless!I can make exactly how much I want, fresh and hot, in just a few seconds without ANY compromise on flavor, and no time consuming clean-up!A side note: I use coffee as “medicine” for migraine management and it’s very easy to “count the grains” and get exactly the right amount of “medicine” using an instant coffee versus using brewed coffee, which can vary in strength. Accurate and consistent dosing is especially vital for me, but anyone who has ever experienced a caffeine withdrawal headache understands the importance of consistency in coffee consumption. This product is very, very consistent in terms of strength as well as flavor, etc.This instant coffee is very portable (I keep some in my purse for emergencies), and I like instant granules like this better than instant powders because one false move and the powders go all over the place!It will last longer if you keep it in an airtight container. For example, I purchased the decaf but hardly ever use it and the granules have basically become glued together, but this is after perhaps a year or so. I use one and a half teaspoons of the regular coffee per day (and leave it in the jar it comes in, even though it’s not airtight) and it never clumps up.Guests agree this coffee is delicious and can’t believe it’s an instant. It costs a little more than some but it’s just such a superior product in every way that it’s worth it. I sure hope they never stop making it!Cheers!

Smooth taste, pleasing aroma and easy to prepare. This is one coffee you can make a little stronger and the taste won’t turn you off. I love this coffee and it is more cost efficient to buy it more than one jar at a time. Enjoy!

Best instant coffee
This is way pricier than most instant coffees but itâs worth every penny. It does not have a bitter aftertaste and tastes very similar to brewed coffee. Works well both as cold and hot coffee and goes nicely with some creamy oat milk.

Awesome Instant Coffee
I was looking for an instant coffee that actually tasted decent. I’ve tried the Starbucks and a few other brands available at the local grocery store. All of the ones I had purchased previously tasted terrible. Truly just gross, bitter, a gritty texture.This stuff is smooth and creamy. It’s got a depth of flavor I didn’t anticipate, either. It’s really enjoyable. A smooth flavor with a little bit of creamer goes a long way. Happy to have an instant coffee that actually tastes good.

Instant is instant, but I can willingly live with this one
Coffee drinkers shun instant coffee for good reasons…taste. It really doesn’t matter if its freeze-dried, crystalized, or just extremely finely ground beans: it will always carry the taste of the water itself more pronounced than even the worst drip made from relatively ‘fresh’ ground beans. The lingering aftertaste is always going to be reminiscent of gas station brew left a bit too long on the hot plate.That said, I’ll choose Mount Hagen over the Pricier Starbucks instant every time. It mixes well in water of any temp…and if you let it sit for a bit, the flavor improves. I like STRONG coffee and prefer mine to be from freshly ground quality beans. I will often travel with an Aeropress, whole beans, and a good hand burr grinder. But that’s too much when flying with a single-bag carry-on. So I pack a smaller air-tight canister of Mount Hagen because in-room hotel coffee just flat out sucks, and I HATE pod machines.Again, use quality filtered water and add to the strength desired, stir a plenty, and then let it sit a bit if you can…and you will find this Fair Trade, Eco-Friendly, Organic to be an economical cup when you just can’t leave the room before you get your first hit of St. Caffeine.

This is the best instant coffee in my opinion. Its strong and comes in glass instead of plastic. It being organic is also a huge plus. For the price this is the best bang for the buck considering all the things listed above.
