Tastes like good regular coffee… not decaf!
Gevalia has a secret. It is how to make a gourmet, robust, flavorful DECAF that does not have that bland watered down flavor of supermarket decafs. Get it. You will love it. A little pricey though… as opposed to Walmart 3 and 4 dollar regular cans. This is about 7 bucks a bag.

Contains methylene chloride?
I used this product for about six months in an espresso machine. Love the flavor, but then I found out that it could contain over 90 parts per billion of methylene chloride as per the clean label project. I had searched to find out what method Gevalia uses to make their decaf. I found that they use the carbon dioxide method which shouldnât use any methylene chloride. So Iâm a little confused by the clean label project results. Has anyone else found similar results or verified what the clean label project has found?

We love this coffee. However, this shipment had three open bags they were all open at the same place. Hopefully, it’s still fresh.
