Work great in our old glass Pyrex stovetop percolator
I was using the pouches that you insert and then fold four points over to secure all of the grounds so they don’t end up in your brewed coffee (and in your teeth). The problem with those is that the water doesn’t drain quickly enough and the opt boils over (yes, even on low heat). These allow percolation to drain fast enough to eliminate that problem. Coffee tastes the BEST in a percolator! The unfortunate side effect of these not having “sides/a pouch” is that some of the grounds do end up in the coffee.

These filters fit our standard percolator great and keep the fine grounds out of our coffee cups. They also help when you dump the grounds out of the basket.

Good filter
I finally went back to the percolator coffee maker, got tired of the drip and wanted more robust coffee flavor. But percolators need a more coarse grind than drip makers. I didnât want to grind beans all the time, and I didnât want that last cup to have coffee grounds. I decided to give these a try to filter out any residue that might escape the holes in the drip basket. So far, they work great and I still use the drip grind.
