I kinda like it better than the official Nespresso machine.
My 8-ish yeah old Nespresso machine gave up the ghost, but I had positive experiences with the Chulux Kcup machine so I gave this one a shot and I like it better. It has a bigger used cup reservoir, it’s quieter, the mechanism for eject/insert works smoother, and I like that the water reservoir lid comes completely off. Also, the water level adjustment feature seems to work better; on my original machine it kept “forgetting” my lungo setting. So far no complaints. Some people think it’s not hot enough, but I think it’s subjective really.

This is a good value for a basic espresso machine that uses Nespresso capsules. I would not try other capsules, but Nespresso are the gold standard anyway. You can afford to buy them because you are saving a lot on this machine. It works as well as a comparable Nespresso brand machine. I do not experience any leaking; I think there may be some quality control issues, but customer service is very good. The temperature of the espresso may not be hot enough for some, but the flavor is excellent and I feel it is comparable in temp with my large, semi-commercial machine that I use with freshly ground beans.

I’ve owned and used a Keurig off and on over the past few years, but I love the taste of Espresso so much more, so I was excited to try this machine out. I love how small it is, but it still holds multiple days worth of pods and plenty of water for one or more cups of coffee. It heats the water up quickly, making it really efficient in the morning. I’ve ordered multiple brands of pods to use with it, just making sure that they were for the original nespresso machine, and they’ve all worked perfectly with this brand! It’s a great quality machine, easy to use, and barely takes up any counter space. I love how convenient it is, and the coffee tastes amazing!!! No issues or complaints so far, and my whole family has used it for weeks now. I’m really impressed, and highly recommend.

Arrived used products- Be careful!
I decided to give this product a try despite reading reviews mentioning it arrived used. Unfortunately, when I finally got around to using it, I discovered it was indeed used, with coffee molds on the back of the inner part (as shown in the picture). This is unacceptable. Iâm returning it and am very disappointed.

If you like Nespresso this might be the unit for you. It does have a few shortcomings, but I like it. The Bafè-Pro Espresso Machine from the CHULUX store (the name makes me thing of H. P. Lovecraft) has 20 bar of pressure (290 psi) to brew your espresso. For me, I use 2 capsules to make a cup of coffee, which doubles my cost per cup. I’m okay with that. The machine has two brew buttons, one for Espresso, which is supposed to be 1.35 oz., and a button for Lungo, which is 3.7 oz. the Lungo button is supposed to be adjustable or programmable, but I’ve been unable to get it to respond, even after following the directions several times.The machine has a small footprint, and heats up the water rapidly. The water tank is in back of the machine, making it slightly tricky to fill, although it is removable. Capsules fall into a container behind the fill port after they are used. They still contain a bit of water, so they drain into the tray below. You’ll want to empty that often. Some drips will end up on your counter, at least at first until you figure out a way to stop that.I think these problems may be common to all of the smaller machines. Other than not being able to adjust the Lungo button, the machine has served me well. I like it.
