Such a great product
I recently purchased one of these cups and the glass broke. The company sent me a new glass insert. I drank coffee for a few days in my old coffee cups. I never realized how much better coffee tastes in a glass. I like this product so much because it still feels like I am drinking out of a coffee mug but it has the glass insert. Thank you for such great customer service!

Great customer service. Highly recommend this mug. It keeps my coffee hot while I drink it. I use this mug every day and it is my absolute favorite. I also had the issue of the outside staining and the company quickly offered to send me a new one with their new coating that doesn’t stain. If you drink slow and like you coffee hot, GET THIS MUG.

My hot mug
I loved the idea of it having the glass insert so I donât get that metallic taste in my coffee, but it did not keep my coffee any warmer than a regular mug. Also I could feel any warmth on the outside of the mug.I got an âemberâ smart mug which works much better in keeling my coffee hot and feeling warm on the outside.

Disappointed with product.
It does not come with a lid, so it does not keep coffee hot and you can’t use it for a cup of coffee on the go.

Love this mug, but no lid! Doesn’t stay hot as long because of that. The feel of the outside of the mug is very nice, but difficult to clean; stains easily. Like glass insert, but not sure why they didn’t make a lid.

My mom asked for this specifically, she is very picky and did a lot of research to find exactly the cup she wanted. She is very happy with it – I don’t know anything about it or why she chose it but if you wanna take a gamble on my moms opinion I’d say go for it.

Like: Attractive design and colour.Dislike:-the handle does not allow the unit to fit into a vehicle cup holder (at least not ours!!)-a bit on the heavy side, even when empty (there’s glass, I get it)-know that not only do you pay for delivery ($16) on top the unit price, but if you want to return it (which I did) it would cost another $16 to do that.
