Perfect for sourdough starter
This small guy is perfect for my sourdough starter. It is 0.2 gallons which holds a little over 3 cups. I liked it so much that I had one sent to my daughter as well.

Love these jars!
I love that these jars are a good weight, and they hold a *lot*. The wide mouth is ideal for using measuring scoops, without getting contents all over the place. I am very satisfied! Holds about 7 pounds of flour. Storing rice in the other, and Iâm so glad I have a container large enough to have easy access. Worth it!
